The staff was beyond excellent. They all exhibited pride in the hotel and their tasks. Lorena at the front desk went far beyond necessary to assist me with my travel requirements for my return to Madrid. She was always attentive , pleasant and cordial. She is a credit to the Hotel, as helpful as she is beautiful.

Our stay at H10 Porto Poniente was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is spotless throughout – you can really see how much care goes into keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The service was consistently excellent, with the staff being one of the standout features of our stay. Every single team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The food was another highlight – every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and variety were top-notch. We really appreciated the thoughtful layout of the hotel, with a separate pool area for adults and another for families, which made it easy to relax in a way that suited our mood. The rooftop pool, in particular, was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The location couldn't be better – just steps away from the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you could need. We also made use of the secure underground car park, which was spacious and convenient, giving us peace of mind during our stay. H10 Porto Poniente exceeded our expectations in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Misleading Information and Unexpected Extra Charges

I stayed at this hotel in Benidorm for a 2-day trip with another family. When booking through Booking.com, I clearly indicated that we were a family of three with a 6-year-old child. Among the options shown, there was a deluxe room with a sofa bed. Since it was not clear whether the child would be included, I called the hotel on Friday, August 29, to confirm. I specifically asked if I needed to book for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child), or if the room for 2 adults would be sufficient. The person on the phone assured me that booking for 2 adults would be enough. However, when we arrived at the hotel, I was charged around €225 extra for my daughter’s stay. I explained that I had called beforehand and had been told otherwise, but the reception staff did not make any changes. Many hotels in the area usually allow children under 7 to stay free of charge, and that was exactly why I called to confirm before booking. Despite all this, we still had to pay the extra cost. This experience left us very disappointed, as we felt misled and unfairly charged.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional – an incredible variety of delicious food, with special attention given to food allergies and dietary needs. Every single member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. The massage experience was also outstanding. Nika, the masseuse, was truly professional – she knew exactly how to work on the painful spots and was incredibly attentive and caring. The entire hotel was spotless, quiet, and filled with positive energy. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles. The location could not be better: the moment we stepped outside, we were right on the stunning sandy beach. We also tried the rooftop pool, which was fantastic, and the breathtaking sea views from up there made it even more special. We have stayed at many hotels before, but this one truly stands out as the best experience we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and I honestly cannot think of a single negative point to mention. Highly recommended!

The property was modern and was in a great location for the Old Town and harbour. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The mealtimes were good and food was plentiful.

Upon arrival we got a complimentary bottle of water but this was not replenished everyday. It would’ve been good to receive complimentary water each day.

This was the best holiday ever

This is a great hotel near the beach. It’s in a town with many shops and restaurants. The kids’ pool is on the 5th floor, and our son spent most of his time there. He was very happy. The bartenders on the 5th floor were always friendly and smiling. The reception staff were kind and always helped us when we needed something. Breakfast was very tasty, and dinner was really great. At the grill bar, there were different kinds of meat every day, and the food was not the same every day, which we liked. The restaurant staff were always welcoming. We asked to have our room cleaned before our child’s nap, and the cleaning lady was happy to do that. The hotel is new, so everything inside looks nice. The air conditioner in the room worked very well. Before the trip, I read that some people leave towels on sunbeds and go to the beach, so others can’t use them. But the staff took care of this – if no one came back in 30 minutes, they removed the towels. Even though it happened to us too, I think this is a good rule. This was our best holiday ever.

The only thing that didn’t really fit the overall great experience was the water – a bottle cost €1.90. But if you ask for a glass of regular water, they will bring it for free.
