The location is very good just outside the old town. We enjoyed the breakfast which is a buffet. Room had a decent sized balcony.
The bed pillows were a bit thin but generally ok. The room does not get any sun though due to the location, only a few of the rooms at one end of the hotel do get sun. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot do anything about this since the hotel is in a built up area.

Great location, ideal base for exploring Benidorm. Hotel was clean, rooms serviced daily, great breakfast, excellent choice of food, very well presented.

The room was terrible woken up on a morning to ghost busters because we were on the back of school playground ,
The room we were giving ,dated needs a revamp
