Staff were dreadful. In particular one male receptionist with glasses balding on top very rude. Tried to get a bit hands on with my wife when she was complaining about something. Some back rooms not very child proof. Easy to open the door to the balcony with no proper lock in place. Bland buffet.

Clean and friendly.

From the receptionist to the restaurant staff very welcoming. Left at 6am to be picked up right outside the hotel, which is one of the reasons I decided to try Vista Oro and the lovely gentleman on reception let me have a coffee which was so appreciated.

More plug sockets needed. A non-slip mat for the shower would make sense, especially as most of the guests were elderly.

It had a bar, park, the room was warm and cosy. The tv. The bathroom was great with hot running water.

The food for my child was a bit limited but he is a little picky. There is only one lift.

Overall a really enjoyable stay, 16 (seniors) but mobile !!

The staff, good selection of food for meals.We will definitely be going back. We had late arrival and they provided food, and very early departure and the staff made sure we had coffee and biscuits available .

Although it didn’t bother us, there is a school next door, could be a bit noisy. Bit not a criticism !!

Loved this hotel

Fantastic staff, food was nice, brilliant location. Loved fun filled evening entertainment.

We went in October so the pool was cold. But outdoor area was lovely.

Reception staff were lovely and behind the bar very helpful and friendly

Fab stay at Port Vista Oro

Breakfast and Dinner was lovely. Had lots of options to choose from daily. Convenient location 5 min walk to the beach and lots of shops and cafes walking distance. Pool area was nice with deck chairs and bar was open inside hotel to get cheap drinks. Twin room had a lovely balcony to sit on, air con and lots of storage. Beds were comfy.

Very relaxing, attentive staff, good food choices.

The location was very convenient for the port. The staff on reception were helpful and the restaurant staff were exceptional. The sun lounge area outside was a plus.

My rooms balcony faced directly at a wall. During the week there was outside noise from the children’s school playground next door.

Nice Hotel for a short stay

The Hotel is ok for a short stay, you have all you need, but rooms can feel a bit "out dated". Staff was great and location is good, close to old town, beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice also. I did not try the pool so can not comment on it. You have a minibar in the room witch is great!

The rooms are a bit out dated and could use some renovation. The hairdryer in the room is not very functionable, would be great to have those switched out.
