Perfect all around - we will be back!

Super friendly staff, lovely buffet, really comfy beds with amazing housekeeping service. The entertainment in the hotel was great fun - David ran different activities each day and the evening shows were fantastic. Super close to the beach and both beach and hotel are very accessible. Would highly recommend for all adults - we were a group of 26, 28, 58 and 80 years of age and all had a fab time!

Beautiful clean hotel , large bedroom , comfy beds staff realy lovely , pool area immaculate Breakfast good and fresh omlettes good entertainment on sat was exellent a beautiful hotel right on sea front and in a lovely part of Benidorm

food choice for evening meal not as good as other RH hotels that we have visited starters very basic and no fresh seafood lack of fresh vegetables . frozen carrots and green beens etc and only two vegetable choices at night very limited deserts choices ....quite a disapointment

First time overseas as an adult without parents - sets the standard

Staff were more than helpful . They all speak perfect English. Beautiful location and easy access to old town and shops, bars etc Food seriously good for all three mealtimes...we were half board Room could be bigger but more than satisfactory for our needs 10% discount for drinks in the bar Area appears safe at night Taxis readily available

Everything was amazing, the location was right on the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and bars in the old town. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool area.

We weren't advised about the pool til the last day. We really enjoyed the pool area, nice and private and would've been nice to enjoy it for the two days we were there.

Great weekend in Benidorm Old Town. Hotel was fantastic!

Everything! Location was amazing, room spacious and clean and the air con was a blessing. Fabulous, couldn’t recommend more highly

Nothing not to like. If I’m being ultra picky it would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers on the balcony as it was massive and the little table and chairs were lost. Everything was great with the hotel!

Highly recommend-quiet and relaxing

Very friendly and helpful staff- changed us room to higher floor for better view (thank you Maria!) Very relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant- amazing food quality, very tasty - much better than other 4stars hotels that we ever been to. Very clean hotel&room. Quiet at night. Didn't have to wear my earplugs and could hear the sea in the background- so soothing. Sea 1 min walk from the hotel.

The front desk staff was incredibly supportive (Ms Moreno and her colleagues). Our pieces of luggage were lost, and they did everything to assist us; eventually, our pieces of luggage arrived 24 hrs later. Great staff members. The Breakfast is fabulous, the view excellent, and the location is perfect.

The fact that it's needed to pay for the parking on the hotel’s property. I guess it is a custom in 🇪🇸.

Everything inside , my wife got hurt by broken glass and sauna pool and pool bar were closed early than notice. No apologies but a smile like it was okay

Victor at the pool was great , He can not do enough for you and he made our hotel very pleasant

The location was right in the heart of everything , beach just across the road shops all around hotel , The food was very nice at hotel went half board everything was clean and well presented , The room was a good size very clean , sea view was ok we were on the second floor , but i think the higher up the better the view
