The hotel and our room was clean. The room was a decent size as was the bathroom.

The location was along way from restaurants and bars. This hotel definitely does not cater for English people, the night time entertainment was aimed towards the Spanish holiday makers. We stayed bed and breakfast and only went for breakfast once as it was the worst breakfast I have ever had. The bacon was mainly fat, freezing cold beans and don't get me started on the sausages!!! There were no tea making facilities or fridge in our room. I would not stay here again!!

Don't go by the pictures for sure

There was plenty of sun loungers. The cleaners were nice & the ladies on reception very nice but the men need to brush up on their people skills!

The room was too small, asked to be upgraded to a bigger one only to be moved to one exactly the same but with a better view. Instead of looking at the roof of kitchen we got to see the building next.to us. The socket didn't work in new room but to be fair they fixed it quickly for us. The selection of food & drink very poor! The pictures on the website are very deceiving, there was nice rooms but were not offered to us!

A lovely stay with great service and a welcoming atmosphere

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and the food was really good.

The only small inconvenience was the room key card, which didn’t work at first – I believe the issue was with the door mechanism. Also, the room lacked a fridge, which would have been very useful, especially for longer stays. It would be great if the hotel considered adding one. Other than that, everything was excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

Great location within a short walking distance to the old town. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are good. Exceptional for the price paid. It’s our second time here and would definitely return!

Very well priced. Heated indoor pool a great bonus as weather wasn't great. Hotel dated but very clean.staff at reception bar and resteraunt very good and very friendly. Good location to enjoy the old town. Free car park 2 minute drive from hotel.

The lift only holds 5 people so constant queuing to get up to room. Lifts always very busy. I didn't think the evening buffet was very good food poor quality although the breakfast was decent with very largre selecion.

A fair budget hotel

We drove up to Benidorm to watch a show in the Be idorm Palace. I didn't fancy a late drive back so we stayed the night in this hotel. It was packed with Spanish people which was no bother to us, but if an English couple was to stay for a week long holiday, they struggle to make friends in the hotel. Entertainment was fun, food selection was limited but good quality. Pool is nice, drink prices are fair.

I didn't have any issues with this hotel.

Perfect stay for a family on a budget who want to be close to the beach and restaurants

The breakfast choice is incredible and offers a wide range of choices. Hotel staff are always smiling and speak English. The gym staff are friendly, the facilities are excellent. The bathroom design is modern and clean with a powerful shower that I didn't want to get out of.
