Great value stay in a nice part of Benidorm

Great hotel fairly near to the beach (3-4 minute walk) and a maybe a 2 minute walk to a lively eating, drinking and shopping area. We found a nice quiet bar (Amanecer Cafeteria Bar) nearby at the back of the hotel with Estrella Galicia on draft and with free tapas. It was very cheap and we had great service, probably the best in Benidorm. We would have spent more time there if we'd found it sooner, but great if you want a more authentic taste of Spain. The room was quiet at night and we heard no noise from other guests during our stay. It had everything we needed, which was a simple room just for sleeping and changing in, but with a small balcony and fridge in the room, it could be nice for a nightcap before bed, or to chill while somebody is in the shower.

Very clean hotel nice fresh towels and bed made and room tidied every day. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful as were all the staff. Great location in Old Town. Great walk in shower with instant hot water and toiletries provided.

Basic but really nice place to stay

Room was basic but very clean, great shower and comfortable. Plus an added bonus of a small fridge. I asked in advance for a quiet room and got exactly that. The staff were all helpful and kind

3rd time staying at La Orozca and hopefully it won’t be the last. Located in the old town within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. The staff are friendly. My room was cleaned every day the place is spotless. Little fridge in the room was great for water and fresh milk. Excellent WiFi.

Well run, great value hotel.

Spotless clean, looked like it has recently been refurbished e.g. bathroom seemed brand new. Very handily placed for Old Town, beach, shops, bars etc. with taxi bay 1 min down the street to get to the strip (5 mins). Felt very safe and cared for with 24hr reception, very handy for arriving/leaving outside "normal" times. Bed was very comfy and great blackout curtains helping for much needed lie-ins (ha). Also had super air-con plus a small balcony area.

Probably worth mentioning to those who enjoy peace and quiet (in Benidorm!) it's on a small, busy road, opposite a (handy) car park so expect some normal street noise - did not bother me at all.

Little Gem in the old town

Great new reception looks fabulous can leave your luggage while you wait for your room or after checkout staff on reception very nice people shower was well good great power plenty hot water 😊😊

Wouldn’t dream of coming back

As a solo female traveller who was staying at this hotel the staff were very intimidating and not very helpful. The walk up to the room was scary and I felt very unsafe. Luckily enough my parents were staying in a separate hotel because I booked on late and was able to manage to get a room at their hotel as I felt that unsafe staying there

Great location but rooms not so big

I booked here due to location and the fact it had an accessible bathroom as my son is in a wheelchair. The bathroom was excellent which made the stay much easier. We had a hire care and luckily there is a car park directly opposite the hotel as street parking around Benidorm is almost impossible.

The room was not as big as we'd hoped. It was booked as a 3 person accessible room. My mate was also supposed to be coming but wasn't able to make it. That turned out to be goo for us as the room would have been too small for 3 adults. The balcony wasn't very big so couldn't practically be used. It was a bit hit and miss with reception staff as well. Some were friendly and polite but a couple seemed quite abrupt and not so welcoming.

A lovely Budget Hotel, which met all my needs

The staff were wonderfully helpful. The room is nice and clean and serviced every day. I was able to have use of a kettle for my stay at no extra charge.

Highly recommend for a short stay

Location & price were fantastic!helpful staff.one downfall was the noise from the road late at night but kind of expected with the location. The other lads I went with had a room at the back of the hotel in which there was hardly any noise.
