Great location , benidorm old town fabuless

Location good, not a lot of choice of breakfast.lunch and dinner were okay .me speaking Spanish as the other residents of Spanish origin were very friendly.

Excellent value for money. This was our second stay here and will certainly go back again

The food was good with a variety of choices. The room was clean and large, and the beds comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - with good local knowledge of places to visit.

The WiFi wasn't available in the room, but there were chairs in the reception area where the WiFi was available for free- so not a major problem.

Just happy we weren’t in that room too long. Even just sleeping in there was bad enough. Needs improving massivly.

It was in a good location. A couple of staff members were nice, polite, friendly as they should be. On arrival we asked for two extra pillows, which they brought the next day.

The other members of staff were just plain rude and ignorant. On the second night of the aircon turning itself off, in unbearable temperatures (42degrees) we rang reception, I’m not completely sure what he said but said something about four hours & no aircon, I asked if there was an option to pay and he slammed down the phone with no goodbye, thankyou, nothing. There was no fridge in the room. On the balcony there was buckets some kind of over flow from the roof top I’m guessing, these buckets were over flowing which made the balcony floor like an ice rink and I fell the first time I stepped out there & hurt my back and bum. The laminate flooring near the balcony door was loose and I tripped and banged my elbow. The balcony door also got stuck closed numerous times. Our stay was only four nights on the second day I started with what felt like nettle stings on my bum and down the back of my legs, felt awful, then on our last morning (this morning) my sister started with the same. We googled it and bed bugs came up, we then looked on the beds and to our horror could see tiny bugs! Absolutely mortified. We reported the door the aircon and the floor, but didn’t say about the bugs we packed our bags and left! We still have the rash/sting/itchy feeling.

no air conditioning from 6am to 1pm, elevator always occupied, staff no communication in English, food not special, no information in English in the entire facility, terribly stuffy in the corridors also no ventilation or windows, for water with dinner you have to pay 2 euros!!! water should be free to drink in the restaurant!!

Very noisy area and very noisy throughout hotel right through the night. Air-conditioning only on from 1pm-2am and was pouring water out, all over our clothes,walls,tv so had to turn off in 30degree heat to be told it would be a few days before fixed and we was only there for a few days stay.

While I was given a quiet room , the construction of the building has little or no sound insulation., hence noise from rooms above and beside , allow noise to be transferred.

location for myself and my wife was just right close to all tapas alley bars and shops as well

Only a 2* Hotel but value for money, Clean & and the food was nice. Short walk to front

The food was Good, and It was near the front. They didn't charge me anything for the TV remote control, or for the Room Key!

It was on a Main Road, but about 11pm it went quiet!

Decent location near the old town

Food very limited, only 1 lift so long waits, aircon turns off at 2am not ideal when it was so hot outside, no signs to put on door so maid barges in each morning to clean the room. Hotel needs a referb.

same bed sheets for 7 days still didn’t get them changed after complaining no fresh toilets and when I asked for them they ask me why I wanted fresh towels

Good location, clean room, nice food and friendly staff.

Drinks not includes for lunch and dinner. Must pay for it. Our room was at the back of the hotel and at night was very noisy from the garbage collection and from the pub.

Good location

Great staff. location was perfect for Benidorm old town and walkable to most other places too. Fantastic little bar across the road and close to supermarket, shops etc. Nice daily buffet breakfast. My room had a nice small balcony overlooking the street.

BIG let down regarding breakfast & tea food options an eating minimum time to eat before all ran out !

ideal location to shops bars & restaurants

breakfast states serving 8.30-10am (they turned toaster & coffee machines off at 9.30 sayin too late to sit down now) tea time states 8-9.30pm (after 8.45pm no more food was brought out was told nothing left) No drinks available all had to be bought for which was ok BUT only water & bottles of red wine available at evening’s which €4 each for small bottle of water was over priced, (only seated 36 people at a time an had to queue outside 1st night till 8.40pm from 8.05pm an finally to get seated wasn’t any good left)

No frills, clean and friendly.

A bit in need of update but warm comfortable friendly and clean. Food was limited but good.

Restaurant dingy and underground. Also no hot drinks at lunch or evening meal and had to pay for cold drinks. Didn't mind paying for coke, orange etc.. but water should have been available hot and cold.
