    On arrival, I was greeted by Carlos at reception, who was friendly, helpful, and highly efficient. Check-in was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. I stayed in a small double room with no view, which didn’t bother me at all. The room was well prepared, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning that kept the room pleasantly cool throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was both hot and powerful. There were also plenty of fresh towels provided. During my five-night stay, I did not encounter any issues whatsoever. Anna, who worked at reception in the evenings, was equally helpful, polite, and welcoming, always happy to assist with any queries. Overall, this was an excellent experience for a three-star hotel. The location is superb, situated right in the heart of the Old Town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

    I’ve just checked out the hotel a day early, 3 nights absolutely no sleep due to idiots running about the corridors screaming and shouting all night, the room itself offered very little, one window opening onto an internal square with around 8 noisy air con units, a tv so small above the bathroom door I couldn’t see it from the bed, no English speaking channels on it all anyway, no soap in both dispensers to even wash my hands, the location was good but that was about all I can recommend
