Perfect location, beachfront, near old town and good access to new. Fabulous breakfast.

We only booked a basic room so no sea view, which wasn’t a huge problem but it overlooked a school playground.

I absolutely love the aesthetic and decor of the hotel. The reception area is gorgeous and so are the rooms. It’s super clean both inside and around the property. The beach is literally right outside - it’s wonderful!

Location is great, English breakfast offering setting is hard work not a lot of space at all, have to hold lids of the dishes while trying to place things on plate, very little area to deal with especially if area is busy

Carpets in corridors are needing a clean. Shower doors won’t close in bathroom this time we stayed and last time. The floors get wet through

Wouldn’t stay again.

Location

Room was dirty, mentioned to woman at reception but it fell on deaf ears. Door was very average. Expected more from the hotel going off pics and descriptions. Rooftop pool area is good, but they play really loud Reggaeton which you can’t escape so it’s definitely not peaceful.

Lovely hotel I recommend

What a wonderful stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The food was lovely, the location was excellent. The staff were polite. The special occasion menu was great.we would stay again, the prices for food and drink were surprisingly reasonable.

The lifts took ages to arrive to get you where you needed to be and did not carry on in the same direction. The room was facing a wall outside the balcony so the room constantly dark.

It’s a new property so of course it’s all very nice and up to date. Every corner is classy and clean. Very nice

The large balcony rooms should have some sort of palms or something to give some privacy. Understandable that in that space you will be overlooked but a few palms to give you a sense of privacy would’ve been beneficial. I think if it’s a group it might be ok and they won’t care but for a single traveler there wasn’t much privacy at all. I was upgraded to a beach facing room which was 100% perfection. Everything felt private and very relaxing

Disappointing!

Location, food was very good and lots of choice. Allergies were catered for too! Enjoyed both evening meal and breakfast! The location is facing the beach old town so perfect for what we wanted.

To say this is a relatively new built hotel, I was surprised how tatty and tired the decor is to say it’s only less than a year old. Chipped skirting boards on every floor, doors chipped and wall decor poor! Not a cheap stay, not a quality hotel as we thought it may have been considering it is a Barcelo hotel! 😏
