Very clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was lovely and the location was exactly what we wanted.
10am for roof top pool, Maybe 9am would of been better

Lifts, they seem to have a mind of their own going to different floors?
Miserable Bar staff - they really let the experience down. Slow service even when you were the only person stood at the bar. I couldn’t believe how many times I waited at both, upstairs and the downstairs bar waiting to be served whilst bar staff were either stood there talking to each other or doing little jobs which could have waited, totally unacceptable, this needs sorting out to give customers a great experience.
No area to get a extra coffee or milk sachet for the room, even the reception staff struggled to find me some.

Breakfast and rooftop area
Reception failed to organise taxi or airport transfer. Pool being rebuilt causing noise in relaxation area. Room quite basic given I booked upgraded facilities.
