Expected better value for money at that price level and 4 stars

Friendly and clean

Food for dinner was mainly tasteless, breakfast was better, lunch average. Lack of hygiene at burger stand , touching the cheese with bare hands and laying it on top of the package it was taken from. No tea bags in room, but kettle… Room was quite small. Low water pressure in shower

After a rocky start it was an excellent holiday great fun was had by all of us.

Antonio , receptionist was an exceptional warm friendly helpful smart professional person, instrumental in negotiations. The director again very thoughtful , a man extremely competent in his work , he applies good work ethics to make the customers health and safety a priority, as well being very approachable . He also was seen helping out his staff.

Better communication from Booking . Com to the hotel you book. I always need a room for wheelchair access , giving enough time to book one in advance . Booking .Com should notify the hotel of your request instead of arriving and nothing is wheelchair accessible. Leaving your hotel open to health and safety issues.

Good for a one night stay.

Location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Parking is bit hard with a bigger car. The going in and out might prove challenging. Also, the dinner, although plenty of food variety, was not tasteful. Drinks are free, but if you call this beer, then something is wrong. Also the other non-alcoholic drinks are mimicking the originals and were not so good. Last but not least, we were visiting with our two kids and still got room which was just above the smoking area outside and it was awfully loud.

Great hotel for money

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Central location for the poniente side of benidorm. They let us leave our car in the parking after we checked out so we could take the kids to the park nearby. Breakfast was fresh with a wide selection. Would highly recommend

A very enjoyable weekend spent in a relaxed environment.

The food was excellent and the staff in the restaurant very friendly . My husband has walking difficulties and we were always helped to ensure table close to the buffet. All staff friendly and extremely helpful.

The rooftop pool is a problem to access if you have mobility issues .
