Food absolutely disgusting if your gonna cater only for Spanish don't accept English! Simple! Staff argumentative but food vile absolutely vile

The staff were very accomodating and friendly, especiall the lobby bar staff.

I did not enjoy my stay at all and frankly, wanted to leave pretty soon after arriving. Recommendation - think about the guest experience, have you actually worked through all the scenarios and how it works before going live. The app vs what you do manually vs the emails you get vs what the staff know, all seem out of sync. People don’t really know the answers and change them when asked. Sometimes you might get charged for something and other times not. The positives - it’s clean. (Except my toilet had previous use stains in when I arrived), it’s central and the ice cream is nice. The negatives - the list is long! When you arrive they speed through a list of everything about the hotel, give you a leaflet and tell you it’s all in there. There is also an app to use which the said also tells you everything - it doesn’t . There are no details in the lift to say what’s on each floor so I had no idea where things were. The leaflet was in Spanish and the app was poor. It wasn’t clear on where things were (floors) or how anything worked. I had to go to reception multiple time to ask where things were or what some of the limitations and restrictions meant. They are not clear about all the deposits you need to pay for things or how the pool bar works with a special card you have to buy (which can be refunded). Adding to this they said you buy the card on the app - for UK folks it asks for a password for your credit card (not PIN number) which we don’t use so I couldn’t use the app. When I went to reception they told me a new rule which was I can only use the app to buy the card. When I tried to explain they were not amused that they had to sell me the card manually. Then when I checked out they couldn’t refund my card so had to give me cash after multiple attempts! I booked ‘Ultra all inclusive’ which for a 2 night visit wasn’t worth the bother. It appears you get lots of extras but the reality is different. So much of it I wasn’t entitled to.

The hotel was clean and vibrant with great decor & lovely environment.

The staff were so rude & clearly didn't like their jobs. The spa was not worth €40 as the male on reception was no way helpful. I never used the spa before & had no idea where I was going. The jet sprays in the spa didn't work, no water in steam room tap & sauna was freezing, also the plunge pool was filthy. Easy things to fix but don't pay to use. There was no electricity for a night & no email or communication. The staff were so rude about it. There's way nicer & cheaper hotels close to here which are way nicer...

Fantastic room. Exceptionally clean and stylish. Good use of space.

Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of old town and on the beach. Walking distance to new town also. Roof top pool was beautiful. Comfy Balinese style beds and gorgeous views of the sea. Food was good but very repetitive. They have a great app that gives you all the information you need about entertainment, dining schedules. Good pricing on alcoholic drinks if not All Inclusive. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and daily room cleaning was very good. Coffee was not restocked and no milk provided.

Dining room felt quite cramped between tables. Hotel still not finished with some building work ongoing. Dust and plaster in parts that stills need to be cleaned, on balcony, windows etc. Coffee was not restocked and no milk provided. No obvious advertising of evening entertainment, available in app but some people would prefer the advertising in the hotel lobby. Had to pay deposit for towels and cups and had to keep the receipts for reimbursement at end of stay. Trying to think of bringing your card to allow you to get a drink was a pain. The main reception entrance off the beach is designed nicely but underwhelming as there are no staff immediately present. Not enough umbrellas around pools for shade. Reception staff seemed not to care too much about inconveniences and weren't in anyway apologetic to us when we had issues with the app or being given wrong information. This would be the number 1 let down for me in this hotel.
