Nice hotel great location had an amazing short break and would stay here again

We were Upgraded to a suite the room was amazing with a lovely balcony and cleaned every day with new towels and toiletries etc. we had a kettle and fridge and provided with tea coffee and milk etc . The Hotel was very clean with lovely staff . We only had one breakfast at the hotel which was warm and food was ok however we ate out in the many places very close by. Lots of bars etc close and easy walk to the beach ,strip etc.

Food hall was extremely busy and lifts hard to get at busy times (breakfast, evening) we were on the 12th floor we walked down the stairs as we were fit and able but for the less able you will have a wait .

I didn’t like the manager behind the bar found him very rude every time I went to the bar he just totally ignored me and served other people around me. The younger guys behind the bar were much nicer and the girl was very pleasant.

Bathroom floor was stinking, full of black hairs 🤢 stayed in November and bathroom floor was stinking then to but give it a by ball, even though the cleaner came in everyday they still never brushed or hoovered them. We had early check out and reception failed to tell us at check in that we had to register for early breakfast, we went for breakfast at 7am and got turned away by the rude staff member who just kept shouting about having a piece of paper, approached reception to be told I’d to do it the night before so we couldn’t have breakfast and we had paid in advance for this. At 3am on our last night we had some drunk men trying to enter our room obv wrong room number, safe to say I had no sleep due to one of them falling and all the commotion outside my door for nearly an hour. Lifts are so slow also.

Better than expected.

Loved the rooms, ours was so spacious with a sitting room with kitchen facilities. Very clean eith amazing views. Great day time entertainment for kids around the pool. Situated in a great location with easy access to all bars and restaurants and only 5 minute stroll to the beautiful sandy beaches and beach front bars. Very reasonable price paid too.

Only one male member of staff was really friendly on reception, the women we found unhelpful and rude. If staff were more friendly this would be a perfect location.

The staff were all lovely, the room was clean and the beds were ok, it wasnt bad considering the money we paid, we didnt get a room with a view but again we didnt pay over the odds for the room so that was also ok! The breakfast was good.

Cracked Window on 6th floor 602

Excellent location, 5 mins from the beach All restaurant and bar staff were wonderful Night entertainment was decent Bar service was quite quick even when busy A few of the reception staff were very helpful and really cared

Hotel room had broken window on arrival, reported straight away Reception and manager really unhelpful and dismissive of broken window in the room (huge crack from one side to the other, could feel the schism along some parts of the crack), staff tried to gaslight many times as to the reason the window was broken (it was me who broke it > it happened yesterday in a storm > it happened 2 weeks ago) and were insistent it was safe (I've added pictures), I was met with a literal eye roll the first time I asked to change room, I was eventually moved the 3rd time I came to speak but the receptionist was really not happy about it Elevators take years Food was a bit lackluster

A Fab Family Hotel with Extras!

Fab location & gr8 water slides for the kids supervised too. I really loved the size of the rooms!! Dining was definitely 5* in choices & options.

The Entertainment could have been better. The entertainers were gr8 the sound system let them down..we couldnt hear mid way down & at the back of the patio. MJ was fantastic but we couldnt hear him lost the ambience. The karaoke outside was awful couldnt hear yourself on stage or off. The entertainment Team were very talented but they only did ONE show all week! It was The Greatest Showman..dancing! Singing was brilliant...really enjoyed them.

Disgusting

The location close to the sea and the beach

It was super dirty. They gave us a room and the bed was not properly done. We ask to change it and the second room was very dirty. We didn't call again because we understood the cleaning standards of the hotel were very low. Behind the bed there was some glass which was disgustingly dirty and I had to clean it up. There were shoe signs on the walls and one of the pillows had a black stain on it (photos attached). Food was not edible especially at the dinner buffet. Burgers were completely burnt, same treatment for the meat, fish filets black and smelly. We decided to switch to pizza which was barely cooked. Pools were overcrowded and you had to spend 10 to 15 minutes to catch a lift. We were supposed to spend 2 nights there but we came home the very next day because we didn't enjoy anything. Very disappointing. How this hotel could be a 4 star hotel is a real mistery.

Very busy pool area. Sunbeds too close together. Very busy and noisy breakfast room. Lifts always slow resulting in having to use the stairs. Quality of the cooked breakfast below average. Strange tasting sausages, undercooked scrambled eggs. Room floor not properly cleaned, chewing gum stuck to the balcony floor.

Modern, great location

The room was a little dirty, floors needed a good scrub, very busy and not enough lifts for all those guests. Staff were mostly helpful but some interfered partway through checking in and starting disputing parking thinking we’d said we wouldn’t pay when that was not at all discussed. We required aa disabled parking bay and the kind lady was explaining where to park when this other lady interrupted. Let 1 person check you in and if required ask for help.

Good place for a family holiday with young kids

Ideal for kids, location quite good near to both old town and new town, all inclusive food had a good variety of food and was quite decent

Room wasn't the cleanest on arrival also the check in was exceptionally slow, I didn't like the token system with the drinks in the all inclusive and we paid extra for the premium drinks package but it didn't carry any upgrade in the beers or wines.

Lovely hotel, would reccomend for family stay.

Everything was great- rooms were spotless, pools were great, lots of sunbeds, all inclusive was great for drinks and snack bar. Good air con in rooms, we stayed in a family room - good space, fridge, microwave and sink useful. Good variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location, 5 mins walk to the beach. Slides great for the kids- pools are bigger than they look in the pictures.

The soft play and arcade area was only open from 6pm, would have been good to be open during th day as a break from the sun for the kids.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had — overpriced, unsafe, unhygienic, and completely awful

The food and drink provided during my stay were unacceptable and contributed significantly to the poor experience. The meals served were consistently cold, undercooked, and lacked basic quality and hygiene standards. Not only was the food unappetising, but it also made me physically ill — I experienced an upset stomach after eating at the hotel, which severely impacted my ability to enjoy my trip. Furthermore, the drink options were limited, poorly prepared, and in some cases, not properly refrigerated. It was clear that there was little to no attention given to food safety or guest satisfaction in the dining services. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a professional establishment. I expected a standard level of quality, cleanliness, and care when it came to food and drink, and this aspect of the hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

I was charged £682 for just 5 night, which was much higher than the original booking price. I booked 5 nights but had to leave after only 2 due to the poor conditions. I was placed on the 8th floor despite explaining that I cannot use stairs, and the lift kept breaking down. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of my concerns. The room was dirty — towels were used, and the bedding had not been changed from the previous guest. The food was cold, undercooked, and unhygienic — I ended up with an upset stomach. Drinks were poorly prepared and not properly stored. The hotel felt unsafe — there was no proper security, and anyone could walk in and out. I had to pay for an early flight home due to how bad the experience was.

desk clerk did not what any of our paper work for private event so couldn't get in, spa was not open even though it's had a revamp, stayed for 10 nights repetitive food, no clear answer for late check out so we book this night, asked for some ice and bar man huffed, watered down drinks from soft drinks to alcohol

Very disappointed in the Rosamar May 2025

Food was pretty decent ,

Rooms were dirty ,1st day we complained to front reception our bedroom floor needed brushed and mopped 5 days later still not brushed or mopped , when we arrived there was still food and milk in the fridge from the last guests !!!!! There were wrappers and used tea bags sitting beside the fridge , the balcony was filthy with stains all over the walls and floor, there was ONE coat hanger again totally unacceptable again we complained to front desk and again nothing was done
