Great short break & would happily return

Property had an excellent location, was clean throughout & the beds & pillows were REALLY comfortable. We stayed on a B&B basis, the breakfast was exceptional. Reception were really helpful with getting taxi’s.

Not sure who came up with the lift system at this hotel because it’s chaos. It would not stop me from returning though.

Good holiday but expected more

1. The pool area. 2. The food was good and different at lunch and dinner. Breakfast always the same only some sausages would be different. 3. The rooms were clean and everyday day the cleaning lady would come to clean and changes towels. 4. Close to the beach.

1. The lifts...as everybody said its a disaster...4 lifts at that many guests...80% we were on the stairs...at least we were at the 4th floor 2. The sofa is old and not comfortable at all...either to change it or to put a better matratze. 3. The staff was not friendly...some of the employees at the reception and very few at the Restaurant were ok..but most were not friendly comparing to other hotels that we went in Spain and Mallorca... 4. The variety of drinks at the Pool Bar...we were at All Inklusive and they had everyday a different cocktail that was foe all inclusive...otherwise you had to pay...most of the hotels have more choices for the All Inclusive...after all we payed a pretty big price to have options.. 5. The walls are very thin...you can hear smashing doors, moving furnitures in the middle of the night like is happening in your room... 6. The showers were always overflooded...if 2 of us would take a shower, the water would be out in the whole bathroom...

Summer Holiday

The location of the hotel itself is very ideal, almost everything is nearby. The kitchen is not very varied, but all the food is very tasty and nutritious, I enjoyed the food every day! The pool and the locations around it are wonderful, especially for children of all ages. There is a terrace on the 19th floor with an incredible view and reasonable prices. And also a quite comfortable SPA center where you can relax.

No parking at the hotel itself. Construction work near the hotel. The number of towels in the room for two is too small. No toilet brush in the room. Only 4 elevators for 18 floors, average waiting time 2-4 minutes.

Overall great

- Location was great, 5min walk from beach and 20 to 30min walk from the old district ; - Great choice of food during the buffet ; - Staff was nice and helpful ; - Loads of animation and activity (Aquagym, Waterpolo, Coktails Game, etc..)

- The lift system, some days we would wait 5 to 10 min for a lift to come ; - 'All-inclusive' is only until 11pm and not everything in terms of drink is included. For example, some beers and cider are only available if you pay ; - 'All-inclusive' does not cover the terrasse / top floor of the hotel ; - Dinner time is a bit late, 7:30pm, especially with young kids ; - The hotel is currently under construction. They are extending. This cause some noises outside (pool area) and probably in the room near it ; - You have to pay for the safe, if I remember correctly, it was 2 Euros a day.

Rubbish

Good morning, We definitely won’t informed about the building work the noise from the pool with the building work was impossible to relax especially for a 60th birthday I will include some videos of the level of noise and also the cranes was carrying items above peoples which I’m sure isn’t acceptable. I would like to be compensated for this stay as definitely not a 4 star experience. Regards Janice Shannon

The level of noise of the building work around the swimming pool was not a relaxing holiday especially for a 60th birthday didn’t enjoy our stay. The cranes were operating above people’s head it didn’t feel safe.

Reception, food, nice bartender at dinner area, room, pool everything very good.

We had half-board and it was amazing variety was perfect.

There was a waiter (old guy who attended near the desserts area) was very rude. The terrace bar was amazing but the closing time was too early, in fact the waiters started shouting we want to leaveee! and that was not very pleasant

Good place to stay

Location of the hotel was perfect for us...just off the main drag. The hotel was modern and clean and staff were pretty friendly. There was some evening entertainment but we didn't get involved. Great view from the small, but adequate, 18th floor balcony. Room was clean but not huge. There were bedisde sockets for charging devices, a safe (extra charge - don't know how much as didnt use it) and a fridge. As mentioned by others; the clear bathroom walls could be a bit off putting if you were staying with a friend or teenage child but it was fine for us. This was a short stay and I did not use the pool. Strolling distance to the old town and bars and restaurants along the seafront. Included buffet breakfast was excellent. Would stay there again.

My daughter commented that the indoor pool was a tad chilly and would have been more comfortable being a couple of degrees or so warmer, bearing in mind the €10 a session charge There was a kettle in the room, however only 2 herbal teabags were provided and no coffee. That could be better.

Great quality hotel, would stay again

The rooms were stunning, clean and bright and the choice of food in the restaurant was good and great quality. Evening entertainment was good too. Roof top bar a must for the sun set views

There was building work going on at part of the hotel which made us not want to use the balcony but we were on the top floors and was rather too windy anyway!

Horrendous noise from the construction work going on there. I was told about this work before arriving. I checked with the hotel and they told me we would not be affected by it but the noise was awful. Extremely loud banging, digging and disc cutting all day long from first thing in the morning. Why they are putting guests at the back of the hotel is beyond me. Very disappointing considering they assured me it wouldn’t bother us. Impossible to relax in the room or by the pool. We feel a bit like we were lied to.

Great hotel, fabulous location

Great size room. Asked for & received a double bed, which was very comfortable & I wanted to bring my pillow home it was that good! We had a pool view, which was great. The location was good. There are plenty of bars & restaurants around. Easy to catch a bus to other parts of Benidorm & beyond, like Altea & Albir. The room was cleaned every day & clean bedding every other day. We were bed & breakfast. The breakfast food was fantastic. Plenty of choice, including fresh fruits, yoghurt, cheeses, meats. Cooked foods were also available & things like omelettes, pancakes & fried eggs were cooked fresh to order. The pool was clean & there were plenty of beds available. A lovely pool bar too. Prices were more than reasonable for drinks, as we weren't all inclusive. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. There's construction going on at the moment, until 2026. This did not impact on our stay at all, even with it being right outside our balcony! Yes, there was some noise, but not enough that it spoilt my time around the pool. I'm told it will go on until May 2025, break until September, then continue until it should be finished early 2026. The balcony doors are very soundproof & blocked out a lot of noise. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I can't say it's a 'didn't like' but the lifts can be frustrating. You have to make sure your press the floor you're needing to go to & a lift is allocated to you. The only time we struggled to get in a lift (and it was only once in 2 weeks) was around mealtimes, which is obviously a busy time. If you use them as they're meant to be, they're fine. The only other criticism I have is about the rooftop terrace bar. Non residents are allowed to book tables, which meant that on the 1 occasion we went up, which was on my birthday, we couldn't get a seat, and this was at 8pm. The views from there are amazing, but it would have been lovely to have been able to stay up there for a while rather than just being able to take a photograph of the view! We weren't advised that it was probably a good idea to book a table, or we would have done for a special occasion like my birthday.
