Breakfast choices were first class

I had a bad trip getting out of the lift. It wasn't level with floor. I injured myself very badly, and they had to get paramedics to assist me, so that really spoiled my break😢

The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and the choice was great. The rooms were clean and modern and heating can be adjusted to any temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful in the restaurant, bar and room staff. Soray on reception was very helpful. The entertainment was good in the evening so didn't leave the hotel. Position of the hotel was ideal with a nice short walk to the beach and bars. Will definitely come back again.

A bit noisy by the pool which couldn't be helped due to a couple of bars next door playing very loud music. It may be my fault but I wasn't aware that the safes in the room were no longer free however €4.00 per day was ok. One drawback of the food being so good I put on quite a bit of weight....entirely my fault!

The location was spot on, obviously noises due to being in the centre of it, but that was as expected. Could not fault it for decor or cleanliness

2 single beds pushed together, not at all ideal or comfortable for a fully grown adult to have to sleep in a single bed at this age

Location excellent . Spotlessly clean. Staff brilliant. Comfortable beds and lovely rooms.

The only complaint is the evening entertainment is really not that good . Some great shows and singers But they put bingo in the middle of the shows which kills off the atmosphere , why not just put it on at the beginning of the night or very early and have a happy hour then to make it more entertaining

Overpriced Rubbish

Absolutely over charged and ripped off I was charged for 2 people it was only ever 1 . The Food was abysmal I had one evening meal had the breaded chicken it wasn’t cooked and raw inside I was sick for 8 hours it’s disgusting told management they just took it away and said they would tell the chef !! not a hint of a refund for the 12 euros I’d just paid for raw chicken!!!

Amazing we found a hidden gem that's for sure and will definitely stay again.

Loved my stay with you food was lovely beautiful smell throughout the hotel staff were amazing.

People putting towels on beds by the pool and not returning for hours I think staff should monitor the situation and remove the towels if no return within a hour that was my only negative point.
