Great location, lovely hotel, good value for half board option

Able to swap half board dinner for lunch. Heard reports that food wasn’t that good however lovely lunch buffet with plenty of choice. Beds were comfy, nice private balcony overlooking pool was lovely to sit out. Large room and good amenities like tea/coffee

Some upgrading needed bathroom sink was slow draining and furniture well used

From the time we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. The room was immaculately clean with beautiful decor. The breakfast was varied and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back

Food was excellent Room was comfy , Beds were huge !! Location good plenty of shops and bars around and not far to the seafront

Could have been a bar in reception area - where bar was was very cold when we were there, and that was the only place to get coffee after dinner. Entertainment area could have been heated by portable heaters in evening. Only entertainment was singers - would have liked a few shows

Brilliant location. Staff in diningroom exceptional especially Elvis. Reception staff also excellent especially the night porters.

Don't believe the negative comments and be polite to the staff .

Really helpful receptionist, smooth check in . We payed € 20 for an early check in at 11.30 am . We could have left our luggage and gone back later but we chose to settle in . We payed € 16 euros for secure parking just nearby . Pleasantly supprised when we got to our room . Spacious, perfectly clean and everything was in good working order . Small balcony with table and two chairs which we enjoyed a drink or too on ! Lovely bathroom with bath ( which i like ) overhead shower and bidet . Again perfectly clean. Plenty of toilet rolls . The beds where so comfortable and nice to have the whole bed to myself ( 2 double beds as in photos ) I had the best night's sleep . We went half board and found plenty of choose , buffet style so you have to have a wander first to see what's available. No trouble finding a table . Just spend the glasses and put cutlery on the napkin to alert others that the table is taken. Waiters friendly and efficient. If you have a few words of Spanish it's appreciated even if it's only please and thank you. Do try, it opens many doors . Breakfast was sumptuous.

Lifts where very slow . Complimentary tea coffee milk on arrival . After that you pay € 5 euros a day to have it replaced so take your own .

The room was standard, it was clean and a good view of the pools, the breakfast was good

The staff were unhelpful, when we asked if we could stay and extra night they guy just said we're full, end of conversation, the air-conditioning in our room leaked and left a huge puddle on the floor, we called and they sent up the matenence man who just wiped it all down with a towel, good job it wasnt really hot and didnt need the air con overnight! Because it just kept leaking!

Underwhelmed doesn't cover it. I stay in Benidorm twice a year, every year and this is the worst.

Staff arrogant and dismissive (I'm British). Tea and coffee never replenished. Dirty cups left in room for entire 4 day stay. Food in restaurant was inedible. Main meals insipid, unappealing, meat like leather, everything bland and overcooked or undercooked. Hot Breakfast absolute disgrace - undercooked bacon, eggs like rubber -only went once and that was enough. Disgusting.

The noise from the hotel next door was ridiculously loud. “Animation” was awful, really annoying woman who we couldn’t understand doing a few stretches, dragged out water aerobics and a game - would have been better to just have the music.

Location is excellent... room was very spacious. Food was OK, reasonably priced.

On check in staff confirmed parking was free at the hotel but there were no spaces available..The maid woke us up very early, it appeared she was knocking every door on the landing, perhaps to see who had checked out already? surely there's a better way than this

Location fab, beds comfortable, rooms clean, aircon a bonus. Poolside was good music & entertainment at certain times of the day. Restaurant staff were so accommodating, polite and helpful
