Very good stay easy check in grease atmosphere in the terrace bar the food for breakfast and evening meal is best I have had . Evening entertainment mixed review but a very nice venue un the hotel . Lacks atmosphere due to age of people staying there mostly pensioners but good that no kids running around . Only reall down side is pool area is in shade until 14.00 so cannot sit there to cold

The staff were really friendly especially reception and dining staff. Room was really comfortable the only thing I didn’t think was good. Tea and coffee for the room were only provided for the 1st night I stayed 5 a bit cheap I thought how much is a milk and tea bag

Riviera Hotel in Benidorm is fantastic 😊 would definitely recommend it to anyone .. but double bed is a must a singles even pushed together are miles apart 😂

This hotel is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again next year. It’s in the perfect location, near to everything but just far enough away from the hassle and bustle of the strip. The food was fantastic and we couldn’t fault it. Great to still get a full English breakfast in a Spanish hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us.

This hotel is right at the end of the strip and therefore the area is fairly quiet. The guests were mainly middle aged to elderly and the staff were wonderful. The restaurant had traditional Spanish food but catered for English guests with a different menu every day. There was entertainment every night and a lovely outside seating area at the front. I highly recommend (unless you’re a party animal).

Stayed in Benidorm for years, wish I’d found this hotel earlier. Brilliant food, modern and clean rooms. Staff can’t do enough for you. Bar really cheap. Only downside if you’re a sun god/goddess, you need to move around at pool due to adjacent tall buildings. 10 of us stayed, all want to come back here next time. Fantastic. 👍👍

The hotel its self was very nice and staff were pleasant. but i booked a queen bed and just received 2 singles pushed togethor and i had a piece of chicken and a piece of pork that was very pink inside which i left half after noticing and following day iv had food poisoning for over a week because of it. its ashame thats let it down and made me ill because the rest of the hotel is great!

Hotel was lovely. Rooms are so nice. Food fabulous, great breakfast and great choice at night although could do with not having to pay for a drink of water with my meal. Only gripe i have is we arrived late 12am so had missed evening meal and asked if i could get water. Was given directions to late night shop! Given we had paid half board and not had the meal i would have expected at least a bottle of water? But overall lovely hotel x

Very comfortable and centralise hotel. Only five minute walk from the beach. Food was excellent and service and desserts were amazing. I would commend the waiters Joaquin and Mohammed.

We booked for my wifes 60th birthday and informed hotel in advance, disappointing that was not acknowledged in any way. Also the sausages for breakfast were not edible as taste was not of sausage. But all other items available for breakfast was 1st class in both quality and taste. Main lifts in hotel kept stopping abruptly in between floors on more than one occasion which was concerning. But overall everything was high standard. Room service,cleanliness, entertainment.

The food here is brilliant and the service the breakfast was the best I had in a Spanish hotel it’s nice the have thought about the English guests microwave in the restaurant and a big shout out to Mohammed great service The shower in the bathroom was fantastic could have stayed in that all day. There is great entertainment in the music lounge at night and the room is nice. I can not find anything negative to say about this hotel which is usual for me

Everywhere in the hotel was so clean, fresh modern and well maintained. Our room was large had a fridge, tv and kettle. They only supply tea/coffee for first day but you can pay 5 euros and they will top it up. We just took our own extras. Nice bathroom, large shower, hairdryer. Comfortable bed and large wardrobe. Safe in room, 15euro charge for our week. Nice balcony to sit on. Much needed air conditioning too.We were half board, and they were happy for us to swap lunch for dinner when we wanted to. Great selection of food at all meals. Tasty and hot. The restaurant staff made us feel so welcome, and were happy and friendly at every service despite being very busy. The live entertainment was very good, lots of choice for everyone music and comedy wise. We thought drinks prices were very reasonable for a hotel and spirits were brands we know and love! Nice pool area, and we didn’t have any trouble getting a sun bed, the pool doesn’t get sun until after midday due to neighbouring buildings but we were happy with that but don’t like to roast ourselves all day. If that’s your thing then the beach isn’t far. Plenty of bars and other entertainment in the area as well. Nice location.

People still smoke on their balconies this is unacceptable in a no smoking hotel. The pool is only small but was very cold.
