Bad. Staff not very helpful, don’t stay if your young, we were told hotel up would be better suited

Food was ok

we paid £1000 for a couple days a lot more than last time spa was fully booked. New Year’s Day we were told we were too loud at midnight for having couple drinks and tv on baring in mind we were ill first two days and it was our last night, I had told the staff the lady complaining next door was showering at 3am banging around but nothing was said about her.

Love the place has everything we wanted except sweaty arm pits!

Second time at the Ambassador 1 and will return. Answered all my requests whilst booking the room and we got what we wanted.

Men going into restaurant against hotel policy with sleeveless T shirts on! I got a face full of under arm sweaty hair in my face, this was not one occasion men were in there with sleeveless T shirts. We would also like to see Chia seeds included on the breakfast menu.

Muy bueno... Loved it !

I would not use any other Hotel in Benidorm! That says it all. I asked for the same room as my previous visit and they obliged by giving me the room next door. Thank You. One thing I did notice was that the dress code in the restaurant was not policed! I do not like to see men in sleeveless T shirts during meal hours, It states in the small print It 'Is Not Allowed' but was still ignored, 'No Sleeves No Meal.' The other thing that seemed to have altered is the amount of people in the Spa, It was full when we were there, too full. I can recommend everything about this hotel except the two littlepoints I mentioned.

Everything. Very modern , very clean , very friendly staff especially bar pool area. Room pool views are outstanding. Towels and room cleaned every day and flexible if wanting longer lay. Before we arrived we messaged hotel with 3 requests regarding our rooms and every one was achieved, wonderful customer service. hotel location and set up along with entertainment you will find very hard to find anything better. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning next year.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Food was amazing, entertainment was brilliant! Everything was kept nice and clean.

There was a Barman in the restaurant named Waka and he was so rude when I ordered drinks, he was stressed which he made very clear and was slamming down drinks. He smashed a glass on the floor but had the lovely female waitress clean it up, no thanks at all! He makes the lovely restaurant feel uptight and uncomfortable, no need as all the other lovely staff don’t deserve him letting it down.

Everything was spot on , service was exellent, Dinner was superb every night with show cooking as well, couldn't fault it. Breakfast very good to, so much choice.

I would recommend this hotel, especially the spa.

The food was excellent and very varied. Staff were very courteous and professional. Tar room and bedding were very clean and the double shower was amazing! The spa and facilities were excellent and very reasonable. It was a great location.

Located right I the main party area excellent no taxis required unless you visit the old town. Breakfast and dinner great, but not fine dining. Old town restaurant if you want that.

Almost Perfect

The first kontrol Young man was doing an excellent Job busying himself continually Helping people tidying around pool I thought perhaps Would have been good to supply him with a hat as he spent so many hours standing about un the Hot Sun. & Maybe A High Seat to view around both pools . The next chap you got wasnt nearly so helpful standing in shade a lot You let go a Good Worker .

Very good hotel, I’d stay there again if I have to go back to Benidorm

Clean, well maintained, good food and drinks, good facilities, good location, very nice hotel with lovely spa and massage.

Some Pool beds need replacing as they are uncomfortable, you can only purchase food and drinks from the pool bar which became costly, especially for tiny bottles of water. Food was nice but repetitive!
