Great location. Loud at times but was good being on the road of all the main bars. Was nice having all meals included.

Reception check in wasn’t very thorough so was unsure on some info and missed out on the spa as didn’t book in time. And they don’t give you towels at the pool which is weird. Didn’t like the food much.

Fabulous stay with great staff

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had nothing but amazing things to say. The food was fantastic, the whole hotel was clean and all staff are so friendly. Whilst there my mum unfortunately left her iPad in the room, the cleaning staff handed it into reception and then Amanda in reception couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. She communicated with myself and has helped return it to us. My Mum and Dad have said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benidorm from now on.

Location and cleanliness. Friendly staff and good entertainment. Rooms had great sound deadening that allowed for a good sleep. Shower was great with plenty of water and pressure.

Clean and modern. Good position and mist staff friendly.

The manager in the restaurant was very assertive one lunch time demanding paper room ticket to prove we had lunch and was sent back to room to get it. He was quite scary.

Photos deceiving pools very small and not enough sun beds or umbrellas to accommodate 2 hotels Food ok good variety but bland. No enjoyment at meal times as unable to relax and take time over meals due to staff lifting plates when you set your cutlery down Most staff lovely and helpful but not all A lot of noise most of the night from the strip

Storage in rooms not enough, no drawers, lived out of cases for a week The pools are tiny and parasols very limited for 2 hotels of this size. they open the doors at 8.30 and within 15mins there are no beds left and so close together. Food average

Top holiday loved it

The Ambassador playa 2 Benidorm is a lovely hotel the location for us was brilliant,we had the best holiday ever,the staff from the reception ,restaurant, bar and room service are fantastic.food was amazing there is some thing for everyone.the room was lovely and clean spotless .we go to Benidorm every year and now we have stayed at the Ambassador playa 2 I will stay no were else .we met some lovely friends there to ,we have booked to go again next year before we left the Ambassador carnt wait till I go again.thank you Ambassador hotel and all the staff .

There was nothing I didn’t like , i think the only thing I could say is a few more sun beds around the pool area would be great.

Always a lovely stay, right in the heart of it all.

Stayed a few times. The air con could have been better but was told it was set at 20 by the management. So felt it too warm at times. Had to pay €5 for extra tea, milk and coffee but the coffee was horrible for a 4 night stay.

The room was good, clean and pleasant, Reception staff were really helpful and the location for our needs great. Apart from the poor quality of food we enjoyed our stay.

Food on a whole was cold,unseasoned making it bland and unenjoyable and the lack of fresh orange juice at breakfast was poor. Dinner wan't much better, the vegetables were disgusting, hardly cooked and cold (unseasoned again).

Good location nice rooms food was good plenty of tables never a que. Quick to respond if there was a problem would stay again

It was very noisy we above the western bar so no point in going to bed before 4 o'clock we were on the first floor. wall's must be thin you could hear every thing. Sun beds jamed together paid for a pool got view of reception roof

Loved the hotel hated the area it was situated in

NOISE sadly our balcony on floor 8 was over the top of the Western Saloon. Despot double glazed balcony doors the noise still reverberated till 3 or4am. Had to resort to wearing ear plugs at night to get some sleep. People need to be made aware of this problem when they book so that they know The hotel is right in the middle of all the night time bars.

Good location

The location is good. Nice clean modern hotel.

The locations is good but if you want to be close to the nightlife. The problem in April is the Aircon isn't on as it doesn't get turned on until May and you can't leave the patio doors open as the music outside is too loud. Sunbeds have towels on them for hours with no one coming near them. It was April and by early morning all sunbeds were gone. Can't imagine what summer months would be like. I tried to change the evening meal to lunch as I wanted to go out and eat once on the trip but the reception staff said it wasn't allowed. First hotel I stayed in that refused to allow that

For a 4* hotel , I think there should be large containers in the shower with bodywash and shampoo and also by wash basin, I find the small sachets useless, most hotels I go ti have them

Overall a lovely stay

Bad: The noise outside at all ours of the night on the street, The beds in your hotel are very uncomfortable! Also, air-conditioning! there was none, and they wouldn't put it on either! Balcony glass doesn't look safe to me the way it's put into the wall. Good: great price, access to the beach, the food was superb, the rooms were excellently designed, the shower was great, the staff were nice, the beer was a good price. The building is lovely, the entertainment was good. Everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed ourselves.
