Close to the beach. Staff were friendly and very helpful

The lifts are slow and there is building work going on. I feel they should inform about the building work before hand as it is serious building work going on! And very noisy. You definitely be wait awake before 8 in the morning with the noise. We were only there for 3 days so we didn’t complained. The crane keeps moving a meter from our balcony. So you couldn’t really relax on the balcony

Overall it was acceptable

The bed was very nice and the room was very clean. The air-conditioning was good too.

There was no ITV channels working on the TV. The first night we were kept awake from 3pm for a few hours by the noise and furniture movement in the apartment above. The following night was not as bad but it still woke us up again

It was really dirty and we couldn’t use the sofa bed because it was so dirty. It even had tampon wrapper in the sofa when we folded it up. Terrible!

Basic and not all that was expected

Good location and nice pool. Quiet area apart from the work men at nearby apartments.

Pictures seen before didn’t match the room we were given, definitely needs a revamp. Bathroom definitely run down but great shower. Cleaners came in but literally changed bedding and towels, no sweep or mop of any floors. Not enough when there for a week. The next time they were due was the day before leaving.

A very pleasant week without any problems.

The hotel is located close to the beach and other attractions. There are plenty of bars, cafe's and restaurants close by. Apartment is spacious and has everything we needed.

Some areas of the apartment were a little tired but overall nothing to dislike.

I had no working water I have video evidence, told the manger, then was sent an email with lies from the manager saying I did have working water even though I have it all on video evidence , was stuck in the loft as the lift is tiny and keeps you locked in for 10 minutes this happens 3 times in a 7 day period, rude staff except for 2 members , was hung up on when I rang reception to say the bedding was dirty and had not been given clean sheets. Worst hotel avoid , also very noisy good luck having a good sleep, my room was floor 6 room 6a. I'm expecting a response to my review with more lies I will be sharing evidence of my horrendous stay all over social media soon you will see screenshots from my video showing tap on with no water coming out, the toilet did not flush as no water was in the basin. I wish I could share videos of being trapped in the lift and the bathroom also had a pipe explosion under kitchen sink while out which flooded the room causing damage to personal property like charger and clothes during the cleanup of the water they knocked my coaster gift and broke that also and avoided telling me

Lifts(so slow and would not take more than 2 with luggage) 1 towel change and cleaned once in 4 nights.

Good atmosphere and nice staff

The facilities were very good. Something for everyone. The pool area and main reception was nice. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming around the pool and location is perfect.

Bathroom lock broken, window locks broken and balcony door locks broken. Sofa bed was not clean. Furniture not so clean. I wouldn't mind so much about locks but we had children staying with us so it's important. Everything was fixed very quickly and we had a fantastic stay Otherwise. I would come again.
