Everything, but 2 pillows for each person, was amazing.

No lock on bathroom door. No additional blankets in cupboard, and being December and the heating not being on there was times we were cold!

Nice location away from the strip but not too far.

The walls in my room were stained from food/drink. They needed a good clean. The male staff member on reception wasn't approachable and very abrupt. We asked about a late check out, and he said no without checking and very abruptly. We asked the English receptionist the following morning (Kirsty? Who went above and beyond throughout our whole stay and is a credit to the hotel) suspecting the Male member simply couldn't be bothered and she arranged without fuss Kirsty also arranged a complimentary bottle of fizz as I was celebrating my 40th birthday.

Lovely rooms, clean and tidy, nice staff, Brilliant location, we did ask to keep our room on as we had a late flight but this wasn’t possible due to being fully booked, we were able to go to the hotel next door for showers and freshers up which was great!

Only thing I’d criticise is there only being 1 mirror in the bathroom, there needs to be another mirror especially when there is 4 of you staying in the room

YHE place was absolutely ideal for us. The apartments were spacious and had very comfy beds. The balcony was plenty big. Will miss sitting out on it :( The woman that checked us in and that was there throughout most our stay made it that much more enjoyable she was so kind, friendly and very helpful! The pool was lovely too, although the shade was a bit annoying from the high sky rise at times you had the option to move to a sunny spot and it didn’t stop the fun ! Will 100% be booking here again if we come back as it was absolutely fabulous!❤️

Excellent venue for our trip.

The hotel was very clean. The pool was small but cosy and not far to walk for a member of our group with mobility issues. The bar gave generous drinks that were well priced. Great location. Friendly staff. We will return next year.

We had ordered a mobility scooter and needed to go across the road to arrange with the manager there to store it at that hotel luckily he said yes. This wasn’t a problem for us.

The location of the apartment was good, close to the beach & the bars/shops. The staff were friendly & approachable, there if you ever needed them.

The apartment only had one mirror & not good when there is three women getting ready for a night out. It was more man friendly than woman friendly. The shower head was not secure & the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor. The edges of the bathroom floor were not fully clean. There was not enough sun loungers for the pool area.

The Shower !! Although lovely and hot, if you didn’t hold the shower in your hand it went everywhere and there is No lip to the shower floor to keep water in ! The first shower we had we flooded most of the apartment 🤦‍♀️ And no full length mirror so we made do with the lift mirrors 😂

The apartment was advertised for 4 adults. There was one lovely room with a wardrobe and patio doors The 2 nd bedroom was awful very small no wardrobe Nowhere to store clothes and and with a very small double bed. Myself and my husband are not overly big people. But we struggled in that bed. I would say it is for one adult and two small children.
