A very pleasant stay

Nothing to dislike really. We have stayed a few times before and were not disappointed

The over bed light is to bright. A small reading light would be useful. A light of the mirror would be helpful

Another enjoyable stay at the Venus 😊

The hotel had plenty of seating and sunbathing areas. There were ample lifts and ramps for anyone with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of choice of food in the restaurant. Very clean too.

The food was fine whichever meal you were having there was always something you could choose.

There wasn't anything that disappointed me really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent fun short girls party weekend

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, food is lovely. Ideally located close to cafe Benidorm which most people go to at the end of the evening. Stayed before and happy to stay again.

Some Rooms a bit small but the bathroom door is very odd, like a public toilet door. Still wouldn’t stop me staying here though.

It was very clean, staff very helpful and great location. Also had a room available to shower etc prior to our departure as we had checked out at 12 but didn’t leave until 3.

Was difficult trying to book half board after initial booking, hotel directed us to booking.com to add it on and vice versa.
