    By far the best hotel we have found in Benidorm for location quality and service.

    This is the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel.the food,cleanliness and facilities are exceptionally good,However,this time the staff were unfriendly and customers unbelievable Snobbish...on a fair few occasions we were told to be quiet or "turn the volume down" I believe that I come on holiday to ENJOY myself with friends.I have paid the same amount as the people telling me to be quiet and if I want to laugh out loud ,then I will...it was like a library...for God's SAKE this is Benidorm......We were a group of 24 friends who meet once a year...WE WONT BE BACK..
