Location - we’re stayed there before, clean and spacious rooms, fresh towels daily and bedding changed even though only there for 4 nights
Paid for a junior suite so we had use of the private pool and was a little disappointed that it was on the 4th floor overlooking the road

Location
We paid for a city view , however we got a room facing straight across to a multi story car park. The pool is way too small for the size of the hotel, with beds which literally touched together like sardines in a tin. with a second pool, which upon booking , ‘which was not very clear’ was only available to rooms booked on a certain criteria.
Unclear advertising 😩, not happy when booking for a special occasion
