There isn’t anything

All of it: staff lovely, room lovely, facilities lovely, pool lovely, and location lovely. Made our stay really enjoyable. The location is excellent to have a nice mix between Old Town and newer stuff.

A bit pricey for just a room, but expected given the dates we stayed.

The breakfast selection was rather limited. On the positive side, the hotel has a very good location, close to both the city centre and the beach.

The rooms do not fully match the facilities and description presented on Booking.com. For example, the safe was listed as being included in the room rate, but at the hotel we were asked to pay an additional fee to use it. Another disappointing aspect was the view. From our balcony, we could only see a high wall directly in front of us, with no other view at all. This was not mentioned in the room description, and I believe such an important detail should be clearly stated so that guests know what type of room they are booking. The room was also advertised as “soundproof”, which was definitely not the case. The sound insulation was very poor, and we could hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms, including conversations at a normal speaking volume. In this respect, the description on Booking.com did not accurately reflect the reality. We raised all of these issues with the reception staff during our stay. We were told that our concerns would be passed on to the management, but unfortunately no corrective action was taken and we received no solution to any of the problems reported.
