Had a really good time as we were only there briefly , pool area and pool food and bar was fab

I don’t eat a cooked breakfast but thought the buffet was ok, would have liked more fresh fruit if been critical , husband had cooked breakfast and said it was fine

The relentless noise from cafe Benidorm until 7am and then the pool music blasting from 10am each day gets annoying really fast

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast (which had great efficent and friendly staff) and after needing to make a few enquiries about my booking found the customer service department excellent

Checkin was quite slow and clunky with a lot of repetitive questions for each guest staying instead of just for the leads for each room so it took a long time, they also issued one if the rooms for our group to one which was already occupied, much to the surprize of the current occupants!!, but this was outweighed by the rest of the hotel being excellent.

I would stay at a Servigroup Hotel again, but only in another location.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Condition of room. Amazing full breakfast.

The mattress in our room was VERY hard. The hotel is located close to a number of bars, clubs and restaurants, and the noise was insufferable. The air conditioner in the room did not blow cold air.

Great hotel, perfect location, exactly what you expect for what you pay

Hotel was exactly what you expect for price and location, bedrooms are basic but not anything spectacular Bar by the pool was great, the staff were very friendly.. especially the lady from Romania (sorry cant remember her name) Hotel couldnt be any closer to the strip

Check in process was not great, was a group of 19 and had to organise everyones passports, by room, everyone had to fill out individual forms and signatures etc .. seemed a bit unnecessary, never had to do this at any hotel before Also annoying we could only pay a deposit and had to pay the rest on the day, this means that the price quoted when booking was not what we paid, we were told £195 per person, but due to change in pound to euro exchange rates changing it was more like £210 on the day which then meant organising 19 people transferring me money while in reception Also the showers need to have a proper barrier, the water just sprayed out and floods bathroom and then hall... walk down the hall at 6pm and half the rooms have flooded the hallway
