Great location. Very helpful staff
I was in a suite by the pool which was fine but the door on the outside didn't close properly and there were lots of plants and tree branches protruding onto it so it could do with tidying up. Ants also seem to have a colony within the walls there.

Hotel was ideal for the 12 of us that flew out for the weekend. Met our requirements. A Little concerned when we entered the hotel to find so many elderly people, but in fairness was no issue for us at all.
Hotel was nice, cleran and a great standard compared with some of those in Benidorm
Had a Suite and this met our requirements, room was nice on the 3rd floor.
In fairness didnt really use all the facilities. Was only there for 2 nights. didnt make the breakfast so dont know what that was like - I was told by some that it was fine. Pool was fine and no issue n getting a sun lounger.
All in all was fine.

Clean and comfortable
We weren’t leaving for the airport til 6.00 pm and we were told that as we had checked out there was nowhere to hold our luggage. Caused some incinvenience
