Excellent breakfast choices

The room was excellent, clean and well made up; the only hiccup was the dispensers over the bath were empty. The spa area was drab and uninviting, the pool area appeared to be too small for the amount of guests using it. Also a 20min wait for a lift on two occasions

Great hotel in the centre of Benidorm with excellent breakfast and spa

The hotel is very close to the Levante beach and to the old town. Staff is nice and friendly. The hotel’s spa is a good program on rainy and cooler days. In order to visit the spa, you have to book a timeslot at the reception of the spa. Breakfast is excellent with a big variety of options. The view from the balcony on the higher floors is fantastic. The hotel guests were mostly nice older people so there was absolutely no noise during the night.

The variety of food for dinner could be extended. On the 4th day it was already a bit boring. There was an evening where the fish option was tilapia which is an imported low-budget fish from Asia. In Spain I would like to eat fresh local fish and not imported products. Maybe some plants could be put as decoration in the spa to make the environment more friendly.

Apart from the cleaning of the room, everything was exceptional! I enjoyed it a lot.

The food is very good and has a wide variety of choice! The personnel is very nice. The amenities are top.

The cleaning of the room was not being done. Only towels were changed, but the floors were never cleaned from the sand. The coffee was not refilled and the shampoo/shower gel was also not refilled.

Just okay

Breakfast was boring .always the same things .no variation at all...and dinner the same ..no enough selection of plates ..the kitchen staff was a bit slow to replace the empty trays...I found the food cheap ...definitely more for a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Warm and welcoming. I was a solo traveller so it meant a lot that the staff took time out to chat with me. The breakfast was first class with lots of choice. I joined in with the pool activities a.few times and I had fun and had lots of exercise and.met other guests.

Fantastic and glad I Went
