The hotel is located in the centre of Benidorm. The room was amazing, very spacious balcony with an amazing sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was enormous too with a great shower.

There was no main course suitable for vegetarian diners in the evening. However when pointed out, they offered good vegetarian options the next night.

The English breakfast was far to greasy especially eggs which should be done on a skillet and not in fat , I love scrambled egg but didn’t eat it once looked like mush and not cooked for long enough, for a 4star s hotel hash browns would of been nice .

Great hotel in a perfect location.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s very, clean, comfortable, both apartments and double rooms. Excellently located close to old town, the busier strip and Levante Beach. Super friendly staff and great facilities, including restaurant, cafe, wine bar, lounge bar and Japanese restaurant.

Beautiful hotel local to all amenities staff very friendly, very close to the beach and the strip and close to the old town too Lovely pool very clean room and .great balcony to sit and relax I stayed bed and breakfast only, very good options for gluten Free for breakfasts Would definitely go back.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food.

Pool is ok size but not much to do for children as can’t swim, can’t jump in etc so my kids didn’t want to visit the pool. Charging for parking is cheeky. If your paying 400 euros a night I’m sure parking should be free as 15 euros a night or the 18.50 in the central car park becomes expensive when staying there for a week

Great Location, But Everything Else Falls Short

The hotel is very well located — right in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to explore the surroundings on foot. However, the central location also comes with some drawbacks, especially at night. There’s a nightclub nearby, and due to the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms, the noise from the music (often going until 3 AM) can be quite disruptive for light sleepers. The restaurant felt quite dated — both in terms of the interior and the food. The atmosphere seemed more suited to an older crowd, and the breakfast selection was rather limited. For example, pancakes were available, but there were no classic toppings like bananas or strawberries. The sauces provided were more like dessert syrups typically used for ice cream, which didn’t really pair well with pancakes. Fruit was also offered whole (such as apples and oranges), but not sliced or prepared, which made it a bit inconvenient — especially since the knives available were more suitable for spreading butter than for cutting fruit. When we asked for a sharper knife, unfortunately, there wasn’t one available. Another issue we encountered was with cleanliness in the dining area — pigeons were often seen coming to the tables when guests stepped away, which was quite off-putting. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, but for a hotel with a 4-star rating, we expected a bit more in terms of indoor activities or amenities. Aside from a ping pong table by the pool, there wasn’t much to do within the hotel itself. Overall, while the location is excellent, other aspects of the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 4-star property. With a few improvements in service, food quality, and guest comfort, the experience could be significantly better.

Room was excellenct - slighlty smaller thanm i have had before however i was in the second tower this time - cleaned to perfection and all of the amenities i needed

For this standard of hotel the gym is not good at all - certainly not the same as the photos - a refurb of the gym would defintely benefit and match the standard of the rest of the hotel.
