A well kept hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had problems with my air conditioning and it was dealt with quickly. The maintenance man asked me later whether it was still ok. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. All areas of the hotel were spotless. Tablecloths and fabric napkins made the eating area more upmarket. The air conditioning was very effective, once fixed. My room was really comfortable and spacious and I slept really well each night.
Some staff in the restaurant area weren’t as friendly as other staff I met. I found the evening meal a bit repetitive, but that might just be me. The sun lounger on my balcony was broken, so it was unusable. Entertainment was only on for a couple of nights during my stay. Nightly entertainment would be an improvement.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable king sized bed.
No walk-in shower. Air conditioning is cold air only. For such a good hotel, the lifts are woefully inadequate both in size and quantity.
