We were happy to stay in the hotel. Only cleaning was very poor.

Restaurant team — perfect, hotel — good location, close to the beach and the old town, very good team at reception, friendly and helpful. Cleaners cleaned very bad.

Squeaky bed, very poor cleaning. We used the bath once. Couldn’t use one again because nobody cleaned it. Floor wasn’t cleaned.

Exceeded expectations and area is fabulous.

Very very nice hotel in a fanyasic area with everything on your doorstep. Beach less than 5 mins walk and Old town similar walking distance. The food was exceptional with so much choice. The staff are some of the friendliest people and can n ot do enough for you. The view was the whole of old town and the beach. Such a great hotel i booked for extra stays.

The lifts can be a little slow.

The selection of food.

Breakfast food was sometimes left to long in the open area. Eggs were cold or dried up. Always a lot of time waiting for toaster machine and the coffee machine.

The buffet breakfast is excellent, The rooms are fairly basic but very clean. The bathrooms are excellent and the shower was very good indeed.

Nothing. If I had to be picky, the swimming pool(s) are very small as is the sun terrace. However, this is a very minor gripe from me.

Easy to find Bang in the middle of town. Clean,airy and modern. Reasonable breakfast with good choice including Cava if you fancy it.

Great location

Inside pool was nice, although the room was too hot and there wasn’t any air. The breakfast was good and all servants were friendly. The view from upper floors is amazing.

Our room was not so well cleaned. It was noisy, we heard everything what neighbours do.

Nice short stay, the hotel was in a great position for me and provided everything I needed

Breakfast was really good, excellent selection pf pastries, hot food and others was provided. The tables were cleared quickly and food was replenished as soon as it was low. The room was nice and big with a nice big balcony overlooking the town and bay.

The bed was a little soft for me but that is just my personal preference, also the lifts were very busy and a bit slow so you had to let some go past as you couldn't get in them

Great value for money for one nights stay. Good location and modern hotel.

The hotel rooms were nice, big and modern. Bathroom was also really nice and large. There were lots of facilities at the hotel but some were not open due to the season I am guessing (such as the roof top bar).

Unfortunately a maid knocked and walked straight in our room at 9am in the morning which startled me and my friend as we were asleep. It was 3 hours before checkout so not sure why they wanted to clean our room at that hour. It would have been nice to have time to answer the door ourselves instead of the maid seeing us in our beds which was a bit of an invasion of privacy. Also, there was a really strong cleaning / air freshener smell throughout the whole hotel and in the rooms, which was quite overpowering.

The Hotel was in an excellent location so near the beach the shopping area i couldnt have asked for more. No hills so easy for walking. Fab food staff very friendly and the whole Hotel was just spot on, will be back for sure.

Maybe the odd show at night time could be in English but i wont hold that against them.

Clean. Good location

different members of our party had different facilities in the room despite booking the same room type. Pool was too small and too deep for shorter people. Not enough umbrellas so only half of the sun beds were useful if you don’t want to sit in the sun.

gret place in excellent central location

I could not find fault from arrival to departure - excellent staff; great central location - some night-time noise but heh its Benidorm; rooftop bar (closed at times due to high wind) with great views; very clean and despite the hotel being more or less full - elevators and public areas coped efficiently

Location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the beach
