Great location

The apartment was really well located, easy access to the apartment and very clean. Lovely balcony and well equipped kitchen.

We didn’t have enough bedding for the 3rd person, so we messaged to ask for more but no response, so had to share the bedding from the other 2 beds. Also we were not told that the pool was not open.

Apartment is lovley very spacious and immaculate it’s the arrival and lack of information that ruins it

There is no bar unfortunately the pool isn’t great and there is no reception or staff to talk to and getting in the building when you arrive is a long process of ringing person after person just to be told you need a email that you haven’t received yet for key code to box outside locked gates and the shock of one week befor you go on your holiday of a £250 bond /deposit wasn’t pleasant either as it does not state this anywhere when you book

Very good location Spacious apartment for 4 people (having two bathrooms was great) Hairdryer Extra blankets (it was colder when we stayed) Large balcony which gets +++ sun in the mornings Would stay again

Bit of confusion about picking the the keys up at their offices (20 min walk away) - I think the email info they send out is out of date Ended up getting the keys at the apartment and leaving them in the apartment when we left (couldn't have been easier)

Perfect stay for what we needed.

Perfect location 5 minute walk to the beach and all the top bars and restaurants. Comfy beds and liked that it had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had all amenities that you needed.

No hand soap provided in the bathrooms. Because it is in the middle of the new town and old town you still hear people coming back from clubs/pubs at 3-4am shouting and screaming outside. Also, there was someone in the apartment above us who were staying up until 4am arguing very loudly for 2 nights. (But I guess this can happen anywhere)

We were pleased with the apartment but the lift broke down and wasn’t fixed for 3 days I have a heart problem and I had to get up 5 flts of steps twice a day which was very hard to do with my condition which spoilt the holiday abit

A wonderful relaxing family break.

The apartment was huge, big balcony and everything you need for a stay. Kitchen had everything we needed plus a washing machine. We were right by shops and restaurants, just a few mins walk to the beach, Yet it was quiet there was no noise.

Only a very small pool but we swam in the sea everyday and the balcony was big enough to sunbathe on.

Brilliant, we’ll be booking again for next year.

The property was brilliant! We stayed on the 6th floor, had a lift, and the balcony was beautiful. The washing machine was a really handy addition, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the strip in one direction and a 5-minute walk to the old town in the other. The pool was exactly what we needed for relaxing and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Deposit was refunded after 6 days with no questions.

The balcony door didn’t lock from the living room but that wasn’t an issue as we didn’t have children.

Wonderful apartment with large balcony

Fabulous location, in between the old town & lively night life. Close to Beach only a short walk. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access onto the large balcony. Separate utility area with washer & additional sink. Only 6 minute walk to Alsa bus stop too, the airport bus. Would recommend staying in this apartment.

Great location, very clean and good views from the terrace

The apartment is very well situated, giving easy access to both the Old Town and the bright lights of the other end. The apartment was very clean and well presented with adequate towels & linen for our short stay. Good to get toilet roll and shower gel too. The kitchen was basic but everything worked and there is plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls, toaster, microwave, hob, etc. small amount of washing up liquid provided too. Plus a 1.5ltr bottle of water in the fridge Although the terrace isn’t quite as big as it looks in the wide-angle photos, it is a nice size and had a table & 4 chairs. Although it gets the sun, it never felt too hot to sit out and was useful for drying clothes on the airer. (The utility room off the kitchen is a good addition to the facilities and there’s everything you need in there) Nice views from the terrace and you can see the sea (over there between the land and the sky of course) We didn’t use the tiny pool and it only seems to get the sun in the mid part of the day. The apartment is accessed with keys from the lock box at the front. We called Benidorm Booking on arrival to access and they are very good at picking up the phone. Be aware a key is required to exit the front gate of the building. The lift worked well and although it’s the only one, there were no long delays. The two bathrooms (one is ensuite) are well laid out and clean, the showers were very powerful for a place on the 8th floor, which was nice!

There are a few minor things that would improve the experience of staying here. The most annoying one for us was there were no wine glasses! The toaster has seen better days and could do with an upgrade. I know the apartment is a holiday rental but it felt a bit soulless and could do with some more pictures and a full-length mirror in the lounge by the door. The Wi-Fi worked for a couple of days but then disappeared, although we called BB it didn’t come back on but we had 5G roaming so it didn’t particularly bother us. The doors really need rubber wedges to hold them open when the windows are open, as there is a lovely breeze through – we barely used the air-con – and we had to put chairs in front of a couple of the doors. The check-in & check-out times do not really accord with other Benidorm apartments. Although we managed to access slightly earlier on arrival, the quoted check-in time of 16:30 (and apparently up to 6pm at peak times!!) is far too late for earlier flight times, especially when the check-out time is 11am. This is about the only thing that would make me pause to consider staying here again, as everything else was really good.

Adequate for our needs

The property was adequate for our needs. On the day we arrived I found it a bit daunting that we had no info on how to get the keys until 4 pm. Was beginning to panic a little.

Would be better if there was a reception and somebody manning it. Also no toilet at the pool area wasn’t very convenient,

Best place we have stayed in 16 years

The rooms were beautiful, been to Benidorm for the last 16 years, staying at places like the Marina, Rio Park, yet these were by far the best rooms, very spacious apartments with large balconies. The location was close to New Town, Old Town and the beach as was in the middle of new and old town. Close to the bars being a 3 minute walk, but far enough away that it was quiet as no other hotels that direction so did not worry about people late at night making noise. Had concerns having read the reviews about issues with keys and getting deposits back, yet I messaged on the way to the apartments and someone was waiting with keys as we got there so was in our room less than 2 minutes after getting off the bus and my deposit was refunded in full, 3 days after returning home. By far the best place are group has stayed in the last 16 years.

The online check-in which is done by an agency prior to the holiday was a bit unorganised, and a lot of information was required. Also not knowing earlier when booking about the deposit that was needed in advance, would have been nice to pay on arrival or have known a lot earlier so people were aware sooner, so ended up putting it on my credit card.

Good Apartments

Apartment was lovely 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms very clean very central my only complaint was on are first night the room below us which I think is private had a very loud party at around 1.00am we stayed in 3A they were in 2A I’m here again in late August in a one bedroom apartment hopefully we can get a higher floor but after the first night it was very quiet and would recommend these apartments

La ubicación está bien. El apartamento tenía más o menos de todo lo necesario. La cama cómoda. Había una almohada dura y una blanda. Estuve seis días, Había ropa de cama y baño de sobra. A mí llegada encontré una botella de agua de cortesía.

Pagar una fianza de 200 euros no me gustó, aunque luego me la devolvieron. Al apartamento le haría falta una mano de pintura. Había algún desperfecto sin importancia, como un pequeño agujero en el techo del salón. La tele del salón no conseguí encenderla. Me ofrecieron pasar a arreglarla al día siguiente, pero lea dije que no hacía falta porque no era importante para mí. Eche en falta alguna cápsula de detergente para la lavadora. Las perchas son algo incómodas de usar, son tipo hotel. No pasaron ningún día a hacer limpieza en el apartamento durante mi estancia ni a cambiar sábanas o toallas en seis días.
