The location is excellent and we love the old town and beach, it was perfect. The room was a one bed apartment and it was very clean and had excellent sea views with a wonderful sunrise and sunset. We were self catering, breakfast was available and at a very reasonable price but as we were self catering we only used it on our last morning, it was great and wished we had tried it out earlier.

La Era Park was a great accommodation, we did not use the pool as it was a winter break but I am sure in the hotter months it would be used daily.

Fabulous location , great apartment and very helpful reception staff

Mila was fabulous on reception so helpful and friendly . Only met Christina on our check out but she was lovely too. We were on the 15th floor with fabulous views in a superior sea view apartment . Very modern and comfortable. Perfect location to get into the old town too .

Only criticism we could make was in 5 days our room was only made up once and no fresh towels. Maybe it was our fault and we should have asked but that was the only fault for us . From our view the pool looked quite green compared to all other pools around which were very blue so not sure if it was the tiles or not ?

Great value for money , go to hotel when next booking a trip to Benidorm

When we arrived we were given an upgrade to a recently refurbished sea view room , which excellent. Pool is a sun trap in the afternoon especially and drinks at the bar were very reasonable in price. The receptionist made us feel very much welcomed and valued as guests. Finally the location between the old town and the strip was ideal.

Room was terrible ,dated ,small ,sofa bed is uncomfortable, 2 x single beds hard as rock ,nothing in there at all , dark and small , no way worth £208 for 1 night , its the worst ive ever stayed in , pool area dirty , sunbeds need putting in bin ground in dirty , this truly is horrible hotel to stay in , if u use lift be prepared to wait over 20 mins just to get in one , AVOID AT ALL COST

Nothing, sorry, being honest. The pool looked nice but didn't use it.

Everything else. Rickety lift, shower was mental, a 5 degree turn changed it from ok to scalding hot, it's properly dangerous. Electrics not in good quality, see photo. Only one socket in the bedroom. I was chewed to pieces, by some animal or another. Bathroom door falling to pieces, with no lock.

Location and view were good.

The apartment is very poorly equipped in respect of the kitchen, and is old and dated and in need of refurbishment. Now I live the view in the balcony make up for that a little bit.

Little minor things was not satisfactory. The kettle in the kitchen didn’t turn off. We put the kettle on to make morning tea had a shower and the kettle over boiled and over boiled and was dangerously hot when we came back in.

I honestly could not find one thing to say nice about it was just an all around bad experience

Rooms are filty,they only clean rooms every 3days and even at that they do not clean them,refuse to give new towels,after asking so many times,I asked to be moved because of all the noise ober me they refused that also,asked for some extra toilet paper also got refused, The worst place I have ever stayed in RUN FROM THIS KIP plenty hotels with in mins walk around it There pictures of the hotel are staged the actual place is an absolute Dump Pool looked like it wasn't cleaned in years.

Very very noisy!!! Not for the faint hearted, for party goers and groups, had to call reception on multiple times in the night due to excessive noise from other rooms. The staff are lovely and friendly, except Leanne on the bar, who was rude and miserable

Very kind staff, very well priced off season on weekdays and comfortable apartments, amazing view

Stunning view we had from the 16th floor. Me and my colleague traveled to Benidorm for business and our meeting lasted longer than expected. We booked a last minute room for an excellent price. Upon arrival the desk lady ¨Alba¨ was very kind to upgrade us as the other lower priced rooms were taken. We got an apartment on the 16th floor and it was completely renovated. Will definitely add this hotel to my list of places to stay while traveling.

Something that is a bit inevitable. A lot of party people. And the loud music at the pool in the morning. Luckily we were on the 16th floor. But my experience would have been completely different if I´d had party people next to my room or closer to the pool. Smart move of the reception to put us up.
