The staff were polite, very helpful and professional, welcoming and accommodating. The room was lovely and clean with nice views over the city. The wifi was a bit patchy and slow in the room, it kept disconnecting. The breakfast choice was nice and often replenished.

Great family friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend! We felt very safe here and brilliant facilities for children of all ages and the staff were amazing too! So friendly and helpful.

Great location for the old town, great facilities (spa, massage, bar etc), staff very friendly. Rooms in good order and suited our party nicely.
