Ok for the price

The price, we went for New Year’s Eve so wasn’t it in much, it was for storage and a few hours rest

Room wasn’t cleaned on arrival but was quickly sorted out. It was very very basic and needs lots of tlc

States daily housekeeping not once did we get clean towels rubbish taken or beds made when we wanted to check in no one at reception just a number to call not helpful when phone had no charge left birds make a noise all night ants in the room says bar on site pool bar was open but never anyone there to get a drink all other facilities were closed on site

Rural feel in a big town

It was in a quiet and tranquil part of Benidorm, on the periphery, where locals live

Initially I made the reservation with a pet, I thought that was clear. We paid for an upgrade which to my understanding accommodates pets- not the wooden house ‘cabaña’, so when upon leaving I was asked to pay another extra for the small dog, I was a little confused and annoyed: The place itself is quite rural, chickens are running around from the neighbouring abandoned areas, the pool was nice and clean, the garden needs some attention and TLC. Overall we found it to be overpriced for what it was but having parking and not having to be in the noisy and dirty part of Benidorm was a big plus.

We stayed on the worst night possible. It Rained very Heavy,lots of Big puddles. Inside the Room it was very tired,broken floor tiles in Bathroom.

Not perfect, but not a disaster.

Lovely little apartment, very clean in a great location of the city. Shower was also pretty good. Easy to get your Uber from out the front. You can also exit out the back to a park area. There are two local shops called Zabka one at the back one at the front. These are great you can get all sorts in there including fresh hotdogs, Panini‘s etc.

Unfortunately, my apartment was on the wrong side so it was on the main roadside which was extremely noisy all through the night. I had a friend that stayed in another apartment and she was on the other side and that was lovely and quiet. So my apartment was not good if you are a light sleeper. Sofa bed also not great if you are an older teenager onwards. One half was rock hard so there was only a small section to actually sleep on. Okay for a smaller child.

Amazing staff even after delayed flight and early hours check in was no issue. Pool was great and good prices with also a vending machine to incase of out of hours needs

What a disappointment!!

Lots of faults. Bath but no plug. TV but no satellite signal. Kettle but no cups. Door wouldn't close . No bottle opener. Cockerel wake up call at 4.30. like it or not. Staff I spoke to wasn't interested. Very overpriced for what was provided!!

Right next to live sex show , no good if you have children as sex workers walking in and out of work I think they live next to the hotel and the sex show is directly across road made my wife feel uncomfortable so we never even stayed just gave keys back

The first apartment we was put in was a bit grubby and looked like it needed a good clean bath tub had stains in it. We complained about it and also the toilet was leaking looked like a old problem disapointed that I was put in that room in first place. They moved us rooms and other room we was put in was decent

1 night stay.

Liked everything about the cabin, would have liked a kettle as we like a drink in bed in the morning but not a big problem, 2 pillows instead of one would be better, we would bring these with us next time as we only live down near Torrevieja so we drive there. Will definitely come again, it is hard to find a place that let's us book 1 night, we only wanted 1 night as we were just meeting up with friends from the UK.

Needed a kettle and 2 pillows each.

Not a good experience

Nothing

The aparthotel was very isolated and, in order to be able to get to public transport, you have to walk down a very narrow, dangerous windy road. This meant that you have to drive to the main areas of Benidorm as taxis don't seem to want to come to the hotel to pick you up. We waited 45 minutes for a taxi and gave up in the end. The other thing that made us very uncomfortable (being two women on their own) is that there is a 24hr sex club right opposite the entrance to the hotel! We had booked the hotel for 4 nights but left after 1 night and it then took us 3 weeks and numerous phone calls/messages to get our refund for the balance we had paid.

We didn't really get an apartment

Pretty bad location: it was hard to reach in a city that had bad public transportation (you'd need a car to get around). We reserved a cabin but we were moved to a different type of room. There was a strange smell inside the room as well.

The accommodation was clean and presentable, old style Spanish decor. Room had Aircon and led TV Great pool and plenty of loungers Had a covered area with seating for staying out of the sun.

Location was a 25 to 30min walk into town through a narrow rd then onto a busy rd. At the main gate the entrance to the grounds were very run down looking and casted a errie feeling about were we were staying, but in past reception everything was reasonable. Staff were ok It felt a couple of times as if it was a bother to help us. Apart from that clean room and bathroom 👍

Bed was not comfy, they do not clean the rooms unless you ask, bugs as it in the country. Nowhere to eat around there, could do with a kitchenette and more hooks in the bathroom. Despite all this would stay again!
