First couple of days My daughter’s designer swim suit was stolen. We went to reception who said they would ask there maids but never seen it again. Then to top it off when we got the airport to fly home we noticed my mother’s passport document page had been cut out. We didn’t notice as we seen the passport where we had put it. We went to local police and also filed a complaints report at reception.

The apartment was brilliant and very clean, couldn't fault anything. Complex was always very clean. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again. Good value for the price.

Benidorm Sept 25

It was what we expected for what we paid. Perfect for a group of people wanting a reasonably priced weekend away on the beers. Also one of our group ended up in hospital which was conveniently only 2 streets away from the hotel. 😄

The 2 single mattresses were not what I prefer but it wasn't terrible and what do you expect for the good price.

Great location, Supermarkets, bars and restaurants all in the vicinity. Don't be put off by the jail style entrance and the kiosk reception! This place has it all, nice large apartment met all our needs. Clean and well equipped. At first I didn't like the €3 sunbed hire but on the other hand it did stop the mass stampede at pool opening time where people grab as many sunbeds as possible, towel them up and go out for the day! Pools are great and a splash pool for the little ones too.

Being picky but the grassy areas around the pool are a bit tatty but probably due to a hard season just coming to an end!

Fab family holiday

Nice big rooms for family of 4, very clean, air con and free wifi in the rooms and around the pool, we had a sea and pool view with balcony which was lovely. Great location as a family , close to family bars, around a 15 min walk to beach but its flat so fine . Lovely pool , nice and clean and big. Check in was easy at reception and they allowed us to have the room earlier than stated.great 10 days spent with hubby and 2 teens.

If i have to choose something then i Would have liked a washing machine .

Great Stay!

The apartment was spacious enough for us all and the children really enjoyed the pools. The location was great with 10 minute walk to beach and was closed to plenty of bars and restaurants if you didn't fancy cooking in the apartment. Lovely stay.

10am check out, we could have done with a little more time but it's minor.

Not enough sunbeds, 10mins after opening sold out. Beds uncomfortable 😕 dated furniture 2 bed should sleep maximum of 4 people as not big enough for 6, and sofa bed not good enough

Excellent accomodation, excellent hosts, great location.

Thought the customer service was exceptional, very good at communicating with us and very helpful to meet all of our needs. The hotel was simple but so clean and had everything you needed to experience the local area. Everything is on your door step, and nothing was too much for the apartment hosts. Better than expected.

Carrying my own sunbeds across the pool grounds every day. I don't mind paying the €3 per day but the whole experience just feels so fussy every morning.

Lovely apartment with beautiful pool and grounds in good location

Apartment is well furnished, clean, perfectly adequate and comfortable. The television is well serviced with channels from England, Netherlands and Germany. Appliances all worked. And the bathroom doesn’t have the typical Spanish plumbing smell that is often present in other premises. Enough towels and bedding for our five night stay, with comfortable beds. The sofa was big and comfortable as a bed. The grounds are well looked after, the pool is perfect.

Pool staff could benefit from clearer guidance on what is/isn’t allowed. My young teenage boys were allowed a handball in the pool, but another young family were refused a slightly larger one. The pleasant lifeguard managed this well, but inconsistent advice from the sun bed man who seemed to be in charge complicated issues. Same issue when he tried to manage any rowdy crowds trying to avoid following the rules. I presume security must be employed (or is needed) in main season as noisy revellers were in the pool while drunken at 5.40am on our last day. The WiFi that services the whole building is intermittent, and the free pool WiFi was totally inadequate on any of our devices.

Really good for anyone though long walk to the main areas

The apartment was a great size for 6 guys sharing. We had 2 bathrooms which worked really well and a large balcony to sit on . Swimming pool area was fantastic

There was air con in 2 rooms but not the 3rd, there were 2 key fobs to share between 6 people meaning some nights it would take a long time before some could enter because we didn’t all come back at the same time. This was the worst problem.

Short break with friends

Perfect apartment for our 5 night stay. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each with the added bonus of 2 bathrooms. Lovely pool area with sunbeds for 3 euros per day. Everywhere inside and out clean. Handy wee walk down to the beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Paradiso across the road is lovely

Lovely surroundings, lovely apartment, quite modern. Lovely bathroom and a shower that doesn't fall off the wall when you use it. Quieter area but close enough to walk to the night life if that's what you want. Welcome pack for kitchen and could get a second key too if needed. Fab balcony which got the sun most of the afternoon and evening. Lidl for shopping 5 minutes walk

Nothing really but if i had to be picky the apartment didn't have a washing machine or iron. which for our short trip was fine but if you were staying longer could be an issue. There was a laundrette on site but I'm not sure if that was open to the public or just staff

Enjoyable

Had a code for the front gate , and receptionist was still available when we arrived to give us our keys and check us in. We left a personal item unintentionally and they emailed us to,let us know, they also left a wee kitchen pack, washing up sponge, c Kitchen cloth & some washing up liquid. Family member left the day before we arrived, she had some items left and bagged them up and left a note for the cleaners asking if they were able to could they put it in my room, to which they did

We like the accommodation but it is definitely “tired” and could really do with an upgrade The reason we book there is mainly location otherwise facilities and comfort it is overpriced E.g living room has no blinds or shutters even though it has a sofa bed to sleep in no modern smart TV with streaming apps

Pefect

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 11th floor tower 2. Heated indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, gym and felt very secure. Great location, 2 minutes walk to indoor market, 5 minutes to Mariano's. Key collection perfect, the keysafe codes we received the day before travel. Nothing negative at all.

Amazing staff! They were extremely friendly! lovely and clean place, easy to figure everything out! Lots and lots of pools and even mini golf! Also felt very safe and close to everything. Would definitely recommend and go back :)

Only thing was there was no washing machine and the shower would go really cold but it we still used it so didn’t effect us too much!
