Great apartments.

My 5th stay at these lovely apartments. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely friendly staff and a great location. Five minutes walk to all the bars but very quiet and peaceful at night. In my opinion, one of the best in Benidorm.

Good location

The location was great I've stayed around there before. We were able to put our cycles safely in the storage room as well. Downside....rooms need updating and better pillows...they were so hard!! A basic roo. But thats what you pay for!!

The beds were too short (not UK size) so feet hung over the end and they were quite uncomfortable

Primavera Loix 5 nights stay

The location is superb and easy reach of all the bars and main strip and also easy to find your way back on a night They even let us check in early and give us a late check out which helped us both times This is now my 4th stay here and I would use again

2nd time staying here. Did not disappoint.

The room was lovey and clean. Had everything you could need for a self catering stay. Staff friendly and helpful. It was my birthday while we were there and they left a gift and a card in the room for me. Special touch that was gratefully received.

Relaxed, Comfortable

I've stayed in premivera loix a few times, they are in a good location, clean, towel changed every other day which doesn't happen in other apartments I've stayed in, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have mentioned before to staff, the property could do with a ramp at the entrance as at the minute there is four steep steps, and is quite hard to get your suit case up and down.

Not a bad thing against the hotel but outside the hotel the pathway isn’t the greatest and the storm brain runs the length of the path which could be dangerous esp at end of night when the alcohol has kicked in. But not a go at the hotel. More the Benidorm council to look into

Super Friendly Staff and good location.

Staff was super friendly, nice Swimming pool, location was good because it was close to the beach but not at the main area where all the party places are.

The apartment we booked had a bed which was ok not super comfortable but compared to the sofabed it was ok. The sofa bed on the otherhand was terrible , we asked if it was possible to change the sofabed and it wasnt. They try to "fix it" by putting a blanket where the low part was but it didnt do anything. They told us that they didnt have anyhing else, it was all booked and i believe it i think if they could have change it they would have but there was nothing else. And since we stayed here for like 6 nights it did bother us. Had it been only one night or two it woundt have been so bad. Additionally, the apartment has a kichinette so you can cook simple things or warm up some bought food but for a long stay it was not possible to cook nice meals as it has basic things, but to the minimum. However there is a restaurant on the first floor and prices where fair. The swimming pool is very nice but unfortunately, some guest that come for the party scene in Benidorm, start to drink by the pool and i dont know why people would leave half full drink arround the pool and everywhere, even at the little kids pool you would find drinks all over the place. The staff was super nice trying to clean everything because they saw that there were kids using the pool but until they did if u came at the time when people left to party and before the swimming pool was closed in high season you can expect this.

Disappointing and frightening

As a returning guest we were looking forward to our stay the apartments are comfortable clean and have everything you need for your holiday the pool is clean and quiet too

We were mugged and assaulted outside the property there’s no security cameras outside and there should be because there’s a known problem with these muggings but not having experienced it before we obviously rebooked to stay there and as a group we won’t be returning because aside of being mugged and assaulted the reception staff or managers don’t offer assistance the following day or even ask how we were or did we need anything we were all very disappointed

24hr Reception, Location was fantastic, Great Pool Area, really Friendly Staff

The Apartments had a 24hr Reception which was great due to a delayed flight and an instance of locking myself out of the Apartment. Location was fantastic right on the edge of the outdoor market and a 5-10min walk from all entertainment areas of the strip Great Pool Area with plenty of sun and shade, great outdoor bar and snacks

To be very picky there were only 2 lifts and during busy times there could be a long wait to go up to the room. Also around the pool was very slippery (I’d recommend anti slip matts)

Love these apartments and the location and the staff are friendly.

The only downside it that the pool does not open till 10am, would be better even if it opened at at least 9am. Also there is now no hot tubs this area has been replaced by sunbeds which we were not informed of at time of booking. Was not on this occasion able to get a late check out and reception area / sitting area very hot, air conditioning was not working.

Best I could find

Loved the position. Hotel was in the right place, quiet but so close to the centre of Benidorm. Appreciated the staff, especially Daniel: so friendly and good vibe person. Will go there again for sure.

I booked with parking included but they said I had to pay 10€ per night additional. Luckily there's a big free parking in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel but unclean and uncomfortable beds

Hotel was good location only a few minutes walk from the new town. Nice pool, good sized rooms

bed was very uncomfortable and had long strands of black hair in the bed sheets so clearly they weren't cleaned before I was given the room key!! Rooms were not cleaned during the stay only new towels were provided on 2nd day.
