Very good with a bit of bad. We found it difficult to find. A simple sentence in the listing - " entrance alondside MEETING POINT PUB " would have been a big help.
You are really renting the apartment - which is very well equipped with everything you need including a washing machine - no housekeeping and only 1 toilet roll (we had to buy more) for some reason on day four, we were given fresh towels. An information sheet would have been good.
Some reviews we read said it was a bit rundown. We found the whole property to be clean and moden with no issues.
There are around 60 apartments and around the pool there are 16 sunbeds - You do the maths! The pool/cafe/bar area is locked until 10am - which is good as if you are there when it opens you are likely to get a bed - if it was open all the time the towels would be out at dawn. There is room for loads more sunbeds which would mean lots more customers for the cafe/bar.
The property is located perfectly for the strip being virtually on it in the middle (entrance around the corner).
Pleased with the security - key needed to get into the grounds/building/room + 24 hour front desk.
When we next come to Benidorm we will stay here again.
