Poor parking controls and not on site . Entry key did not work correctly

Apart from the staff and entertainment, it was disappointing when considering the overall cost.

The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. A credit to their hotel.

Pre Christmas break

The location of hotel. Using your key to pass through security door to access the rooms. The comfortable beds. The cleanliness of whole building. The scrambled eggs and Sushi.

It does the job

The hotel is well situated in a good location. The rooms are small but the bed very comfortable and everything was spotless. Staff very helpful. Its not The Ritz, but very much fit fot purpose.

The lady with the short hair on the desk for the buffet was very rude when I had a costume on and I put a top over it and she pointed to my boobs and said my top was too low . Then she was rude all week .

Great location to beach and shops but rooms need updating as very old and tired. Food was okay

The breakfast had a good variety, the location was the best thing as it was in the middle but not noisy apart from thin walls in the rooms so if you had noisy neighbours it was difficult to sleep. Rooms had everything you needed but quite dated but clean.

Great location, clean and lovely staff.

Our shower did over flow and caused flooding in the room on a few occasions however the staff did clean this up immediately but the shower continued to back up and we weren’t the only ones with this problem.

Clean rooms, huge breakfast buffet

We stayed in one of the smaller blocks and it was great for us. Quiet room considering the hotel was so full and busy. Housekeeping did a lovely job and aircon worked well, a little bit noisy but functional! Huge choice at breakfast. Pools themselves are clean and big. But overall the hotel met our needs expectations for the few nights we stayed.

The area around the pool is a bit tired. Could do with a good jet wash!

Our rooms were located in one of the external blocks. I can only describe this as like being in an institution. The walls wafer thin, you could hear noise from all the adjoining rooms, this made sleeping nigh on impossible.

Good,but too busy,not child friendly enough

The location is amazing,staff are lovely,helpful,friendly,everywhere is clean

I was with my 9 year old and most of the games air hockey etc games weren’t working in games room,all stage games etc for children were in Spanish,so she couldn’t join in,I appreciate its high season but we didn’t get a bed by pool,just weren’t enough,toilets by pool were dirty everyday,I love this hotel usually but felt inadequate for children,

Great time in Benidorm

Great location close to the beach, pubs, bars, nightlife. Superb breakfast, very nice food, lovely staff, perfect pool for kids and good entertiment during the day and in the evening. Good price for drinks at the bar and restaurant. Generally everything is perfect. Would come back again.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived.
