Lovely hotel.

Location Location Location! Rooms could do with updating too, however prices are bordering on the high price for what it is. Other than that I'm a regular and enjoy the view but updating the rooms would make it more appealing. Staff are lovely!

Fabulous location staff were very helpful

Cannot fault this hotel it is close to the main strip literally three minutes away. Great location. Every room has a sea view. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was brilliant. Maybe not to everyone standards but it included hot and cold food

Stunning views & immaculate hotel in fab location.

Immaculate, cleaned daily to a high standard & stunning views over Levante beach. We were on the top floor, room 1001 and it was very spacious, modern and spotless, with a huge bed & a full sized fridge. The rest of the hotel was also extremely clean and well maintained. It’s well located at the end of the Levante promenade with shops, restaurants, bars & water sport facilities within a few seconds’ walk. Also handy for buses & taxis which can be accessed in a short walk. Breakfast was beautifully presented every morning with a good range of pastries, fruit, cheeses & cold meats and there was some cereal & nuts available and a small hot food area. Everything was lovely and the staff were pleasant & helpful, offering tea & great coffee which was served to your table when you entered the dining room. Nice terraced area with a bar and again stunning views. It’s also nice and quiet so feels really peaceful, even though you can access nightlife with just a short walk.

I loved everything about it - especially the exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel & the modern feel to our room which looked like it has very recently been refurbished. The only exception might be for anyone who likes to sunbathe immediately beside a pool as it was slightly in shade & under a canopy - but that’s largely down to the time of the year (end of October) and you can’t change the sun! There is a solarium with loungers in front of the pool, but you need to be at the front to catch the winter sun. Again- not an issue for me as I’d rather be on the beach, which is obviously fantastic & right on your doorstep, but just sharing to make other travellers aware if they are going outside of summer season - it’s the perfect hotel for beach-lovers who want to soak up the sun on the Levante beach.

Lovley Hotel, a little gem tucked away. Handy to get around, staff really helpful and breakfast was good! Perfect for a little break away! Fantastic views of the Sea! Cleaning ladies so helpful and friendly! Will definately book again!

Wonderful rooms with a view

Wonderful breakfast buffet friendly with and helpful staff throughout. The room was superb, with the most fabulous views. We will return!

The towels in the bathrooms are thin, small and clearly have seen lots of washing; two of ours had holes in them. They have lost their absorption and this does need addressing. While we will return, we have talked about taking our own towels, which we should not have to do.

Highly recommend

Our stay at Hotel Nadal was truly memorable. The location is simply perfect – right at the beginning of Levante Beach and the beautiful promenade that stretches along the entire coast. The view of the sea from our room and balcony was absolutely unforgettable – waking up to the sound of the waves and the sparkling blue water was a real delight. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive – from the housekeeping team to the restaurant and reception staff – always ready to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Hotel Nadal is a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Lovely hotel and staff and great location

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. On our first night the air con broke in our room at 3am, the night manager was so helpful and provided us with a fan and we were moved to another room, in the morning. The rooms are lovely, with great sea views. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice. The pool area is really nice and the location is great.

Excellent breakfast selection, the breakfast terrace was so lovely to sit at in the morning watching the boats and cable ski, lots going on in a peaceful setting.

the Aircon was fiddly. somedays it worked straight away, other days needed more messing with controller. Maybe some simple instructions would help.

Stunning Hotel

This was my third time staying at The Nadal and it was as lovely as my first visit. Rooms very clean, with a view to die for. Breakfast was lovely and we were well catered for. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. What ever we asked for the staff went above and beyond to help get us. Overall the hotel is everything you would want for a week in the sun. 5*

Short stay in new town Benidorm but out of the hustle & bustle!!

The property was nice and clean and the staff really helpful, got checked in early as our room was ready which got our short 5 night stay off to a really good start. Breakfast was amazing particularly the continental stuff and breads and fruit. Was very nicely played out and presented as well. The hotel is in the very lively new town but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle and all rooms have a lovely sea view.

The walls were a little thin and the cooked stuff at breakfast could do either improving, the sausages and bacon are not that nice! It just doesn’t compare to the standard of the rest of the breakfast.

This was our 13th annual visit. We like spending time on the balcony enjoying the views. Staff as usual are excellent.

Enjoyed breakfast staff were V nice the view is stunning the hotel manager& his staff are very nice& helpful. I appreciated him printing off my boarding pass. I would highly recommend this hotel all rooms have beach view.

Only thing was no kettle in room, so I bought one cause most people, like to make a coffee or tea in room felt for price they could include a kettle but every hotel is different.

Room for improvement

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had issues with my credit card and with my son's passport. They couldn't have been more helpful

The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety compared to other similar hotels I’ve stayed at. The bed could have been more comfortable. However, the biggest issue was the poor soundproofing – noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible, which disrupted my sleep and affected the overall quality of my stay.
