Loved this property! Great staff, classy design of hotel which they used quality materials throughout. Comfortable bed, nice linen, towels. Extras such as robes, complimentary golden slippers, water. Coffee maker, kettle. Spacious balcony. Really loved the Arches entertainment lounge. Roof top just a lovely place to sit and drink coffee, sunbathe.

Liked everything allow we couldn’t get access to Netflix (we were told it was knocked off due to the storm)which would have been a bonus. Also a couple of used glasses from previous guests that weren’t spotted and a dirty cup & saucer. Reported to reception all above, would have been nice to get a complimentary bottle of water but didn’t happen.

Swimming in the skys

Super modern and clean hotel with extremely spacious rooms and a near perfect location. Rooftop bar and pool is lovely as it adds a different dimension to staying in benidorm. Pools heated too which is an added bonus

The staff, facilities, cleanliness of fabulous we stayed for 2 days and had a lovely stay. Breakfast was great The pool and jacuzzi was great even on a rainy day

The choice of food on the evening did not match the breakfast choice. The staff did not clear the used plates away from your table quick enough or not at all until you left the dining room. This is an area that the hotel could improve and it would have been excellent all round.

Favourite Benidorm Hotel

Lovely clean large bedroom. Rooftop pool was lovely & warm. Swam in January. Jacuzzi even hotter . Best hotel breakfast I’d ever had. Great location but still quiet at night .

Great new hotel for Benidorm, spacious rooms and amazing pool.

The room was incredibly big with a generous balcony, the shower was great but did have some leakage however the amenities were fantastic, the arches bar is a really nice place to sit and the rooftop bar, although loud, is a nice place to hang out and have a drink beside the pool. The breakfast is great too with good options outside of the usual 'English' breakfast fare. Parking is under the hotel and cheap for a secure space in the middle of the city.

The music was too loud at the rooftop pool but they were happy to turn it down, we had a bed that was raised up in a cleaning mode on entry and the staff would not lower it until the next day because the housework people were not in the building.

Clean , modern and great location

The pool and jacuzzi were closed for 2 days due to annual maintenance service . We were so disappointed to know on arrival , especially my girls . Why couldn’t the maintenance service be done during winter time ?!

A really, really well run hotel which is fabulous value for money

Situated just a short walk from Levante Beach, this hotel stands out as one of the best we have experienced in Spain. The atmosphere is bright, airy, and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism, enhancing every interaction. Our spacious room on the 5th floor featured a large, curved balcony (the foldaway clothesline was a thoughtful addition) and an extremely comfortable, huge double bed. While there was no bath, the large walk-in shower delivered a truly invigorating, waterfall-like experience. Our stay was elevated by the exceptional buffet breakfast, which offered a vast, fresh selection with perfectly cooked hot dishes. For ultimate relaxation, the hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a stunning infinity pool and a sleek rooftop bar that provides breathtaking views—perfect for an evening drink. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious stay.

An excellent pleasurable stay

Everything was superb. We stayed at the hotel for 14 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very kind, the food was very good both quality and variety. The pool was heated with a gorgeous view over the city. Overall a great experience.

Some staff at the royal arrow pub under hotel assuming all brits want cocaine and whacky backy as they call it. Not the hotels fault just very close to their premises.

We loved the hotel and location but would only stay on b & b option

Breakfast was really good including service. Hotel was beautiful including huge bedrooms and balcony with both sunbeds and table and chairs to relax. Both pool areas were spotless and sky bar was really good too.

We only dine at 8 in the evening and although the bathroom was amazing the shower was cold everynight. We stayed for 4 nights half board and although we enjoyed every breakfast the evening meals were shocking. The waitress service was really good and very friendly but the food choice and quality including the speciality meals badly let the restaurant down.

Fantastic hotel

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel
