Hotel is beautiful and I felt secured. The strip in Alicante is a tat wild Indid not feel safe with all the UK people constantly walking around drunk there are tons of Irish Pubs around. Staff at Hotel was very nice and friendly, Amazing breakfast buffett so definately get the breakfast package. Clean rooms, the maid broke a glass cup in our room so we found glass bits all around the floor, she cleaned it but not well enough, it was on our last night I did not report we left in the AM at like 5 for our flight. Overall everything was great but parking down below is quiet dangerous, follow the RED/GREEN LIGHT or you will hit another car going up or down people don't drive well in Alicantr at all!

Great stay once again at arcos. Would recommend to anyone visiting Benidorm as in perfect location to the new and old town 1 minute off the strip but rooms have great balcony doors that block all the sound. Good breakfast that changes most morning but always have the full English and different cheeses and meats for continual.
