Fantastic hotel!

The hotel was fantastic. Busy, but nice and chilled! Great location as it's next to the strip if you want the nightlife. The hotel has a bar underneath which has good entertainment as well. Great value for money, great prices for drinks at the pool bar, and great staff as well!

Lovely bedrooms and great comfortable beds. Shower was amazing. Location fantastic for night life and beach. Pool area was lovey with loads of beds even in July.

Excellent hotel, very clean, great food and location.

Hotel is in a fab position. A 15-20 minute walk into Old Town but central enough for all the good bars and restaurants but not near crazy town. 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel for location. Food is fabulous, with a great selection of hot and cold options. Very comfy beds, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had. Hotel is spotless and very clean. Thoroughly deserved to be 4*. Will definitely return.

The security guy around the pool can be a bit much. Has a shirt with Kontrol on the back, should say control freak!!

A lovely hotel hard working staff my room was always spotlessly cleaned every morning

I didn't like that once your tea coffee and sugar was used in your room that you had to pay for a refill those little extras make a difference it's a shame

Most things

Several umbrellas around the pool were defective in that they wouldn't stay up. There were not enough of them. We ended up paying 18 euros each day on the beach. Food average.

First time in Presidente, overrated.

The location, excellent choice of quality food and very clean.

Some of the staff were not very friendly,. I didn't take my card holder with me on my first morning as I wasn't told when I checked in. The staff member basically called me a liar and I had to go back to my room to retrieve my card holder to be allowed to eat. Also at mealtimes the dining staff were packing food away before the end of meal times. 9.55 the coffee machines and toasters were turned off and the bread taken away (ends at 10am) Even though 4 star you had to pay €4 a day for your room safe. The tea and coffee room facilities, you could use them and if you used anymore you had to pay. Our bathroom had an awful drains smell when you used the sink. You have to get up early and queue for a sun lounger if you wanted one. The lifts were a nightmare, you had to select you floor and it assigned you to a lift, but then never arrived so I lost all patience and used the stairs.

A great stay

Spotlessly clean throughout, really friendly staff, food excellent, quiet pool area restricted to guests only and though it was only a few metres from “the strip” once you closed your balcony door at night you couldn’t hear a thing. Also very reasonable drink prices in the bars (€2 a pint from 12-20.00)

Really nice hotel, clean and welcoming

Spotlessly clean and far enough away from the noise and bustle of the strip. Great rooms with daily maid service. Definitely glad we had a pool view room

The only thing I thought was annoying that no water was supplied at dinner or water stations around the hotel. Pool was a bit too small to accommodate number of guests at full capacity and the towels in sunbeds very annoying, especially when left for hours with no one coming to sit on them. Food was great. Something for everyone in my opinion.

Spent 6 nights here in March. Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only 2 minor negatives lack of cupboard/drawer storage in rooms and payment for safe considering most hotels now provide same service free of charge.

Exceptional hotel with great food in Spain. Would highly recommend.

The beds and pillows were really comfy and all areas were very clean. Good balcony overlooking pool. The food was exceptional and enough variety for the fussiest eater. Despite the location being right in the thick of things, the soundproofing stopped it, a godsend! Drink price were very good and nightly entertainment., Free road parking outside the hotel till July in the blue zone was fantastic for Benidorm.

Petty for a 4S hotel to charge €4 extra a day for the safety deposit, and €20 per day for parking. Note no mugs in the dining room or bedrooms. No pool towels provided. None of this was an issue.

1st time staying here. The hotel was close to everything. Pool area was clean and a reasonable priced pool bar. Food was excellent enough to satisfy everyone even picky eaters

Having to get up early to get a sunbed. People reserving beds beside the pool early and not returning until later on, even though it says towels would be removed if bed’s not in use between 10-1 this never happened
