We loved the seaview from our balcony, the short walk to the promenade and beach, as well as the pool area with sun loungers.
Our room was spacious and clean.
The location was a bit further out from Benidorm centre than we realised, but we'd still stay here again because we loved the hotel.

I like the cleanliness of the Hotel, the varied choice of meals breakfast & Dinner. The vwry good priced bar. The friendly & helpful staff.
I thought the price of the stay was quite expensive, we have asked again for next xmas & its gone up again by €450! Its a long way away from shops & restaurants, nothing really local.

Lovely hotel. Lovely cleaning lady. Friendly staff on reception. Bar staff some brilliant others not so good. Meals great. Lovely sea view. Rooms good.
Some bar staff abrupt. One waiter should not be in the job. So many people turned up on the Saturday couldn't get a table in restaurant lots of pushing.

Pretty average, crappy sausages, lukewarm, needs more attention to detail
Car park needs tarmac and surprised I had to pay 5 euros, annoying
