Quiet, seaview location.

We loved the seaview from our balcony, the short walk to the promenade and beach, as well as the pool area with sun loungers. Our room was spacious and clean.

The location was a bit further out from Benidorm centre than we realised, but we'd still stay here again because we loved the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Lovely cleaning lady. Friendly staff on reception. Bar staff some brilliant others not so good. Meals great. Lovely sea view. Rooms good.

Some bar staff abrupt. One waiter should not be in the job. So many people turned up on the Saturday couldn't get a table in restaurant lots of pushing.

I thought the price of the stay was quite expensive, we have asked again for next xmas & its gone up again by €450! Its a long way away from shops & restaurants, nothing really local.

Nice stay

I like the laid back atmosphere in this hotel. It was more suitable for older people but we as a younger group still enjoyed our stay. The location was closer to the old town and there are many shops and cafes in the area. Location to the beach was also great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks and food in the hotel were good and reasonably priced. It was easy to get space around the pool and the fake grass was nice. This is a very chilled out and quiet hotel.

The breakfast was average and the room walls were very thin so I could hear people snore through the walls.

All the rooms have balcony’s facing the Mediterranean Sea. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is 2 minutes from the property.

Clean with great views

Was not left without electric during th widespread outage during the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area and views lovely.

Location to some of the bars I wanted made me require a taxi every day so €12-15 each way impacted my funds.

I liked the location of the hotel and that the beach was right outside.

The rooms have thin walls- I didn’t get a single good nights sleep because you’re woken up to banging around and woken up early when the cleaners are moving beds around.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The view from the room is amazing, even if it is cloudy.

Would be great if the food has a label on + allergies included for the cooked meals. For example - I am not a big fan of pork and for breakfast, the scramble eggs were with ham. One of the meals for dinner looked like a chicken, but was a turkey. Another dish looked like a lamb, but actually was a pork. Could be very confusing and you might end up not knowing what to eat.

Breakfast was very good, Spanish hotels do breakfast very well and this was no exception, wide choice of food in a buffet style. Clean comfortable hotel with balconies looking out on the sea

Noise from other rooms is quite easy to hear, while the other guests were not loud or disrespectful at all, but you can hear normal talking and furniture moving around, this was a small thing. The lifts are small and there was long q's at times.

Loved it - hope to be back one day!

Nice room with fabulous sea view. Very comfy bed and very little external noise despite being next to lifts - we slept very well throughout our stay! Food choices at breakfast and dinner were very good, quality of the food was really good, far above many of the other hotels we have stayed in the past in the same area. Always a fabulous choice of hot and cold, the hot food was hot (unlike many other hotels) and there was 'show cooking' every meal too (they were cooking fresh steaks one evening!). The staff were all very friendly, the dining area team worked very hard at meal times! Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Bar area was nice, the prices for drinks (in bar and restaurant) were very reasonable which meant we were happy to stay in and drink in the hotel. Great choice of drinks etc. Entertainment every evening and through the day if you wanted to join in - we didn't join in as had gone to switch off entirely! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Nothing really. We were not fans of the timings for dinner/breakfast as they have set times per floors (2 sittings) which is not something we have come across before, but it was not an issue really (we were late twice for breakfast and never a problem) and would not stop us staying again. Also not sure why they cook the bacon at the show area every day as there was always a long queue for it - the chef didn't seem to be able to keep up most mornings. Again, not a problem, just something I'd suggest they rethink as they could make it far easier for themselves. However neither of these things would stop us staying again as it was by far the best food/catering we've had in Benidorm and we've stayed in around a dozen different hotels!
