Excellent stay as ever!!

We love everything about the Terralta Apts, been going there since 2017 We love the location away from the noise but close enough to get to when we want to We see lots of posts about the 'hill' but there are other ways to get there and not that bad at all and there are always taxis.. around €7 The staff are friendly and always welcoming and we're already looking forward to our next visit

Great hotel, highly recommend

Lovely, welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean & friendly atmosphere. Close to all local shops, beach etc. lifeguard at pool was a great comfort & able to relax poolside whilst little one played. Enjoyed the evening entertainment, overall highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly, clean and although the nighttime entertainment is poor The early entertainment for small children is fantastic. Food in the restraint is a bit hit and miss but the apartments have all you need to cook your own We stay here every year and will continue to do so

Fantastic - totally recommend this place. Very friendly, very clean & quiet & comfortable & great pool.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. An oasis of peace & comfort. Enjoy Benidorm but have a quiet night & good sleep. I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful, kind, helpful & friendly staff - on reception, in the bar, in the shop and the cleaning staff who have this place spotless. Spacious apartment overlooking the marvellous pool - even beautiful to sit on the massive balcony at night as the pool is lit up. It's an easy 10 minute walk down to the seafront, more effort coming back up but absolutely no problem if you are even of average fitness. I really loved my stay here.

Food is good value. I liked the salad for lunch but the dinner buffet did not appeal to me. Breakfast was ok - but please cook the bacon & sausages more thoroughly !

Great value for money and a fantastic base for exploring Benidorm!

Great value for money. The rooms were large and clean. Although our apartment was self catering we didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out!! A lovely roof terrace for adults only to lie in the sun! The hotel is situated out of town so it’s quiet but still in walking distance of all the hustle and bustle.

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and the onsite shop was very basic and closed too early at 5pm - however there was a good supermarket a short walk down the road!

Restaurant was terrible,rooms can be noisy as thin connecting walls. Distance to town a little too far,would be a vast improvement if a shuttle bus was laid on a few times a day. Supermarket needs too be a lot better stocked as its quite a distance to get to a local one without having to get a taxi to bring all shopping back.

lovely stay in a friendly roomy complex!

The heated indoor pool was great as we have a toddler. The staff were very polite and friendly and although the appartment is away from benidorm centre We liked the quietness at night yet an easy walk into town.

The price for a 2 bed apartment is a bit expensive (twice the price of a 1 bed) When inside the apartment you can lock the door, however when you use the handle to open the door it automatically unlocks the door. We had to put the table infront of the door to stop out toddler escaping.

Apartments had both an indoor and outdoor pool.Good entertainment. Great facilities for kids. Bar prices good. Plenty of sunloungers. Small shop on site. Prompt solving of any issues .Friendly helpful staff

Superb

Free parking available on a side road near the hotel. There was entertainment put on in the evening when we stayed. A small shop is open on site, very handy as the hotel is not near to the main shops.
