Awful place not clean no facilities expecially with it supposed to be appartment.

The location

The place itself was supposed to be self catering in our room was a microwave & fridge freezer no point. There’s nothing untensils plates etc we at to ask for a kettle & cups . There’s cockroaches in the bathroom & down stairs in the hotel itself. The noise from the street was awful no sleep hardly. Overall never stay there again dreadful.

Value for money

I always stay here when visiting Benidorm. It’s only a 5min walk to centre of old town. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone to book here as I always have a lovely stay

Very central and in the old town. We stayed for a week thinking it was an Appartment but is basically a hotel room with a fridge and a microwave and so we were unable to cook food , so I would say it is excellent for a couple of nights .

Great location, close to everything and surprisingly quiet at night. Aircon and private bathroom were amazing, the room had everything you needed, including a small fridge

The room was very clean, however we found a couple of large cockroaches wandering, yuk, when we got back one evening. It's Benidorm, so probably a norm there. Very limited parking onsite, and all car parks near were full too

As described above sadly the customer service was non existent.

No kettle No safety deposit box (even though when I asked I was told there was one at reception however when we asked they said there wasn’t). Late arrival meant keys were left in a coded pigeon hole for us but sadly they sent us the wrong code. After 10 mins of trying I rang the Emergancy number displayed and also the number who had text the code but nobody replied (and still hasn’t -now 7 days later!!!) Luckily a member of our party swapped the stated numbers around and managed to got in, but if this hadn’t have been the case then we would have been sleeping on the street! Customer service certainly needs addressing (with exception of maid who was lovely). This could have been a scary situation especially if you had children with you and the fact that we never received a call or an apology is not really acceptable.

Breakfast wasn't included. The location was excellent for me. Depending on where you are in Benidorm and what you want to do this can be variable. It would be difficult to recommend a specific location in Benidorm but one that is close to the main area, stations and the beaches is important. I was able to walk to the metro station and the bus station was a 20 minute walk. I also didn't expect a high quality room. This was a real bonus for me. I would stay again.

The reception was only manned at certain times. If you had a problem then you needed to call a number. The hotel room had keys and not a card swipe system.
