A lovely interaction with the staff, who took the time to recommend places to visit, as well as placed to eat and go for drinks. It was a great interaction and overall great place to stay.

Riccardo is a delight! He was an exceptional host who really loves what he does. You can tell he really loves his city and takes care to make sure everyone who visits Florence has the best time. He gave us so many great recommendations and tips for enjoying Florence to its fullest. The room was clean, and comfortable - and had the coolest Florentine art and decor on the walls and ceilings. We stayed for two nights and slept very comfortably each night!
