Straightforward check in process, answered questions via WhatsApp quickly which was great. The room was very clean and bed was huge!

Excellent room for its price!

The place was perfctly tidy. Super clean! Large beds and enough space to open our luggage. Everything we needed was in the room! I would love to stay there again. There was a discount when you want to have a breakfast. They have wines for you to drink in the room for less than 10 Euros. We really like the ambiance and the spotless room!

Just be careful when showering, the water would spill out of the shower area so we needed to use floor towels. Nevertheless, everything was amazing!!!!

Perfect location for exploring Florence

1. Location is convenient, even thought a little further away from duomo, but manageable 2. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The contact person went extra mile in meeting my request to get a taxi 3. This is a guest house so there is no receptionist. However, the instructions are clear and checking in is swift amd simple. 4. Size of the room is big and comfortable, with a living space and separate bedroom. The unit is well managed 5. Bed is king size and bed sheet are comfortable.

1. Our room is Nativi and is facing the main road, so our wake up call is at 5am every morning with the tram starts operation. 2. The toiletries can be improved as they are the tiny ones. I will suggest to have refillable bottles.

Absolutely Loved This Stay!

This was the perfect location for our one night stay in Florence! We were able to walk to every site we wanted to with ease. The room itself was emaculate - clean, luxurious and spacious for a couple. Would book again in a heartbeat when in Florence!

Perfect apartment for close to station location!

Modern, easy instructions to get in, owner very helpful over WhatsApp. Had issue with shower but resolved very quickly by owner.

Comfortable and clean.

The instructions about how to enter the property were clear and easy to follow, the room was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to leave bags and collect them later on the day of checkout which was handy. The room was cleaned and tidied everyday. I did receive very quick responses from the host via whatsapp.

There was no receptionist or anyone working at the hotel that you could speak to so it felt more like an air bnb. The walk into the centre of Florence wasn't far but you did have to walk past the train station which wasn't a very nice area. There were three toilet rolls provided however these were not topped up during our stay when housekeeping came so we nearly ran out of the last day which I thought was a bit harsh.

Loved the bed !

The decoration of the place is very nice, its luxurious ! I loooved the bed and pillows, it was very confortable, like 5 star hotel !! It was great that they let us do check in earlier too.

We didnt like that there is barely space to put stuff. Mostly in the bathroom, there is no space to put all the towels or to put them next to the shower. Also, no space to put your clothes when you are changing or the makeup when you are getting ready.

A nice way to relax during a long trip around Europe

The room was beautiful. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded as our room was being renovated at the time. Instead of simply cancelling on us, our host arranged for an upgrade to ensure we weren’t without a hotel.

Noisy & I wouldn’t book again.

The staff were helpful

It is similar to the pictures but a bit rougher. Needs painting and a bit of care. The biggest problem was the main road. It is horrendously loud and we barely slept. They put ear plugs in your room.

Spacious, easy access and fantastic location near the town centre.

Exceedingly spacious guest room and bedroom. Location was perfect, a simple 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence and 5 minute walk round the corner from the tram direct to the airport - did not need any public transport at all while we were staying in Florence. Access instructions were clear and simple, we were able to leave our suitcases inside before check-in.

Had one night where we didn't get hot water for the shower, not sure if there was a time restriction. Additionally wasn't able to work the thermostat, instructions for both next time would be great.

A Hidden 💎 Gem!

The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed utilising our private balcony. The housekeeper was extremely friendly and professional. The location is close enough to the main train station. It was very handy to leave our luggage early upon our arrival and late upon check-out.

It would be awesome if there was a lockable storage space for luggage instead of leaving in the hallway outside the other guest rooms. There were security codes and cameras to access this hallway space, though, so it still felt safe.

Fabulous venue, well placed and well cared for.

This property is 5 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins into town. It’s extremely comfortable and easy to access and find. Hairdryer and iron provided along with Netflix and Apple TV should it rain. You can pick up the open top red bus tour just past McDonalds on the left which gives you an idea of where you might want to visit. Great choice of restaurants 10 mins away. The bed was very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean.

Being so close to the station, some may object to the occasion sound of the trains, however, they were not noticeable to us.

For our 2 nights stay we were happy with it!

Location was very good for us, room was nice and clean! Easy access and great communication! Quiet area , very close to train station!

Better ( is hard as the tram rides very close so if you a light sleeper can be an issue) we used ear plugs so was okay) we slept okay! Shower when you put it on the little shower the top one goes on still) annoying for me as I hate wetting my hair! Maybe a bit of milk for coffee would’ve been nice in the room!

FRAUD ALERT!!

CAUTION!! Please read before you book! 1. Before we checked in, we got a casual message from them stating the Aircon is not working. Upon calling them, they refused to relocate us / find us another hotel even though we were ready to pay any differential amount in tariff instead the lady spoke very rudely as if we were at fault for not accepting to stay without the Aircon and were told that we were free to leave. Since we did not want to compromise on our safety as we would have had to keep the windows of the room open for ventilation due to no air flow/help/information/willingness to assist was assured from the lady, we decided not to check in instead find another accommodation. But due to high season, we could not find any other accommodation that evening and were left with no option but to take the train to Bologna and check in at Mercure. 2. When we asked for a refund, she vehemently refused to refund the money. 3. Upon contacting booking.com, they agreed that the incident qualifies for a full refund but could not convince the Guest House owners to return the amount hence, they were helpless!! In view of the above, I would advise you all to be cautious while booking this place as you might fall prey to fraud as well. The whole experience and incident was absolutely harrowing, unethical and highly unprofessional. I also find booking.com responsible for this fraud and for not being able to do justice here. The only reason why this property was booked by me was because it was listed on booking.com and now I shall think twice before using this platform. I will, in any case, take this matter up with the appropriate Law authorities for further action. PS : Attached are snapshots of the conversation with the Guest House.

Perfect stay for someone who wants to explore and stay near the station

The place was clean and had most of the facility required. It was close to the station thus making it an ideal spot for staying.

The room was great, quite luxuriously presented, bright and clean, comfortable bed, convenient location near the train station and not too far from the city centre. Self-checkin was easy.

Bathroom didn't have any space for toiletries neither space for drying towels. Fridge wasn't working properly, wasn't cold enough.

The worst xperience from Florence

Love your trip and your money, look for a better place. I booked 7 hotels through Booking.com to ensure a rewarding trip, however I had a terrible experience with this hotel and lost my booking money. I didn't stay in this place, I had to pay for another place, they passed on my reservation and on top of that they don't want to refund me the money for my reservation, keeping my money and giving me the loss of going to another Hotel. Firstly, they don't have a reception. Upon arrival, we had to send our documentation via whatsapp literally on the street, as they did not want to open the door and the sidewalk is very short. During this service, we even spoke on the phone, which I was treated with brutality. When we finally managed to get into a corner of the entrance, we asked to save our bagage until the room was ready. Every place has a luggage room, with security and control, but not there. They told us to leave our bags in the hallway, where people pass by and no one would keep them. I said I didn't feel safe, so they ignored me. All places offer a luggage room, where you can safely leave your bags. Finally, I was so insulted by such disrespect and disregard for us and our bags that I had to pay for another accommodation. No one deserves to stay in a place where they are treated with such ignorance and disregard. As i made a pre-payment they didn't want to reimburse me. Later they texted me asking if we were going to stay or not. I said no, probably to fill the room. Thus, they won with their brutality and disregard, as they took my payment and the payment of those who took my place. It was a horror movie, besides wasting time and money.
