Good location, maybe would go back.

Spotless and beautiful looking, very grand.

Not that I didn’t like but just had to be very cautious of the stairs in the room as all marble and could be dangerous but looked lovely.

The location was great as we could park there without crossing the ZTL. Breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Public transport was right outside the hotel offering easy access to the rest of the city. Room was beautiful and the Spa was a real treat.

Lovely boutique hotel with spa

The spa was fantastic, and the fact you had to book your 1.5 hours was a good thing as it restricted the numbers of people at any one time. The breakfasts were plentiful with everything you could want. The staff were all helpful and the hotel had a very classy feel about it and you could see that everyone had a pride in what they did. The location was good too with the T1 team stop right outside as well as the bus stop; that said you could walk to all the best tourist attractions in about 25 mins. Plenty restaurants nearby and a carrefour locale just round the corner

Incredible hotel with lovely staff, very clean but a bit of a walk into the heart of Florence

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean modern and very spacious! Exactly as shown in the pictures.

The location wasn’t as close as we had hoped, being a good 25 minute walk to the heart of Florence and most of the attractions. This isn’t a deal breaker as the walk along the water with beautiful bridges and views to take in was lovely..

Fancy Hotel on Outskirts of Centre

The room was large & clean with modern decor. Exactly like the pictures. Tea & coffee provided and water. Approx a 30 minute walk into the centre otherwise very well connected to the centre by bus or 1 stop on the tram to the train station. Staff helpful. Breakfast was also plentiful with some a la carte options.

I booked the spa in advance for the 7- 8.30 slot. I was lucky as only one other couple was there. The music in the spa was too loud and only had a track list of 3 piano tunes which was annoying. The steam room was not working on a strong power. I mentioned this to the assistant but she explained it was 5 mins on 5 mins off. I was not convinced. Overall this is a fancy hotel with a luxurious feel. I think great for honeymooners who want to be out of the hustle & bustle of the centre. I also think the huge discount available on Booking should actually just ne the normal price for the room - it's a little deceptive.

We really loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and visit and always had a taxi ready for us to go anywhere. We truly appreciated the security as well, the card to enter twice made us feel very safe and comfortable. We walked two blocks to a nightclub and came home very late and there was always staff available 24hrs a day.

How beautiful and clean the property is. Staff is amazing. The spa was definitely a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again!

Only bad thing was that our room was on the first floor and the room above was really loud when they walked.

We loved this hotel. À bonus was the included spa facilities Service level was top notch. Modern facilities with cool tiled floors. Modern lift with glass doors .Coffee/ hot water machine in room .Choice of a few tasty cooked breakfasts.We chose here because of the reviews and it being near the station.One stop to the hotel on the tram, 15/20 min.flat walk to the centre. Not a big hotel but classy.

We thought the staff was great, the location was excellent, and the hotel was lovely.

We liked the breakfast room and being able to have a drink in the afternoon.

I had to book an extra night and when I called I was told I would have to do it online. I requested the extra room online and was granted it but was unable to respond - my phone didn't send the email - and we ended up in a different room the first night, which cost more. That was frustrating.

Perfectly formed boutique

I liked the style of the Boutique. It is small but opulent and the staff are polite, welcoming and very helpful.

My only very small criticism was there were a number of very small flies in my room which I suspect could not be helped and was probably a function of the weather and the season.

An absolute gem of a hotel

The staff were amazing! The rooms are super modern, comfortable and fabulously clean. The location is amazing. Everything in Florence is walkable for those who like to have a good walk. Breakfast was fabulous. The Spa was a lovely end to each day.

Very enjoyable stay

Very nicely decorated, comfortable and well located. A good breakfast. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel so you can be in the centre in a few minutes. I left my Kindle on the plane on the way out. Bilel was absolutely brilliant. He tenaciously tracked down the item and arranged for me to collect on the way home. Great customer service.
