Amazing modern hotel with great facilities. A lot of marble!!
Fantastic spa and breakfast room. Early check in was available and they held our luggage before our onward travel.
Pleasant 20min walk into central Florence.
Late night staff weren’t too competent at using the coffee machine. We got there though!

Everything was fantastico 🤩Perfect balance of traditional Italian Design and modern. With amazing attention to detail. Beautiful room. Spotlessly Clean, very comfortable bed. I LOVE the Diamond Accessoires in the bathroom 🤩🥰Staff super friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags and already walk into Florence, and also leave them after Check-out for 1 last Walk around beautiful Florence 🤩Everything easily within walking distance of the hotel,If you're reasonably fit , or the Tram stops just outside the door. Super practical when arriving by train.The Spa is seriously 5* . Breakfast Buffet..fantastic. Just left around the corner from the hotel, (5 min. walk) is a really nice Italian Patisserie / Bar, with a Pizza Restaurant next door, Sapienti & Crociani, For fantastic Coffee and amazing Italian cake and in the evening the best Italian specialties, with very fair prices.
