The One Firenze

Location, room size, bed comfort, cleaness

Entrance from the staircase - there is absolutely no sign where the entrance of the hotel is. The main door is actually a fire-escape door. All the corridors are bit inpersonal

Great location, Very clean and Very comfortable.

I had to hold the shower head with my hand

The room and bathroom are big, super comfortable and very clean. Also, it’s close many restaurants, bars, train station, bus stop. You can easily walk to everywhere.

It’s a little bit confusing to find the door to the hotel once you’re in the building. I’d suggest putting a sign with the hotel name on the door.

Location to sites and parking garage nearby

Entry staff were great but I reported that the sockets in the bathroom were broken by the sink. The staff in writing called me a liar, threatened me about my potential review and then threatened me with having me banned from the platform. I reported issue immediately upon check in and sent photos. I have no reason to lie , I was more interested in resting, but it was a danger as I stuck my hand into it looking for light switch in the dark🙄.
