Great location, Very clean and Very comfortable.

The room and bathroom are big, super comfortable and very clean. Also, it’s close many restaurants, bars, train station, bus stop. You can easily walk to everywhere.

It’s a little bit confusing to find the door to the hotel once you’re in the building. I’d suggest putting a sign with the hotel name on the door.

it was a great location, quite hard to find. The sheets were five star quality. The bed was absolutely killer and the Emmanuel told me it was a 2 1/2 thousand euro bed so I was very happy. Had a fantastic sleep.

The staff was amazing"

We enjoyed our stay at The One Firenze, and the location was very convenient for exploring Florence. However, I think the cleaning could be improved. The room was quite dusty, and it seemed that it had not been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. We also had quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room and had to go out and buy mosquito spray ourselves. The air conditioning was also quite noisy. I don't think these issues are necessarily the hotel's fault, but I believe the cleaning staff could pay more attention to the rooms and make sure they are properly cleaned before guests arrive. Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Florence, but I hope the hotel can improve these areas for future guests.
