Francesco is wonderful, cheerful, helpful, very quick to respond, he greeted us upon arrival and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed, even organising a kettle for our room. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom is nicely renovated and the location is a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station and close to the river and all the sites... so easy to explore Firenze on foot and this was a nice base for 2 nights. The little bar where we had cappuccino and a cornetto the first morning was a nice treat and there's a lovely pasticerria a few doors away run by nice older ladies - highly recommend.

The room is a little tight for space although we were travelling light so it was ok. I did think that breakfast was included in my booking... it was a bit vague in the description. We received a voucher for coffees and a pastry for one morning, so bought our own breakfast the second morning. No problem, just would recommend this is noted more clearly in the hotel description.

Very clean, tidy and Cozy. Francesco was one of the best host we had here in Europe. He cares of all his guests and help them in every way possible! He even speaks Spanish Thank you!

It does not have a window outside, but nothing so important.

Location was easily accessible from train station and historic Centre. The staff from organizer, welcomer and cleaning staff were great. The owner was very communicative and ensured we were looked after.
