The location was great and the front desk attendant went above and beyond with recommendations and calling our taxis. She was very sweet, offered us coffee and made sure we felt welcomed.

The staff was very supportive and waited for our arrival late night. She very pleasantly explained all and guided. Recommended. The accommodation was comfortable with all facilities and walkable distance from the Milan station

It was in a very good location 10 min from SMN station and behind was Arno River. Our refrigaritor didn't work and they put a new one. We appreciate
Too much mold and dust all over. Moschinos all over. The door of the bathroom couldnt open from outside because the door handle was broken.
