Nice rooms and we’re specious enough. Rooms are also modern and clean. The staff are friendly and super helpful
Our shower didn’t drain

The property was clean and the room was spacious. The location was good. Close the train station and close enough to walk to the city centre. Staff were very helpful and answered any questions willingly and with a smile
The shower in the room has three settings but only one worked.

It was in a very good location 10 min from SMN station and behind was Arno River. Our refrigaritor didn't work and they put a new one. We appreciate
Too much mold and dust all over. Moschinos all over. The door of the bathroom couldnt open from outside because the door handle was broken.
