They need lights on the stairs to sevond floor

Great location, very clean, large modern room. The lights went out and they came and fixed them within 10 minutes.
The air was working hard but the room never completely cooled off. It was hot in Florence while we were there. It is up two flights of stairs too. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Some. Chairs in the room , also being in the third floor , it was difficult with suitcases

The location was excellent.
Staff responded immediately through What’s app texting- easy communication.
The couch bed wasn’t comfortable and the ac didn’t work well. The street is loud at night, but if you are out late, too, it won’t bother you.
