Rooms were large and luxurious, better than other hotels in the area. Also the staff were very helpful.
I had to carry luggage up the stairs but it was well worth it.

Lovely room in such a good location. The host was amazing. You could hear the noise from the street but after a long day of exploring Florence it didn’t bother us while we slept.

The location was excellent. Staff responded immediately through What’s app texting- easy communication.
The couch bed wasn’t comfortable and the ac didn’t work well. The street is loud at night, but if you are out late, too, it won’t bother you.
