Walking distance to Florence centre without being in a busy area. One minute walk to the Arno river and then 15 minutes to the main attractions. Some good cafes and bars close for breakfast/a nightcap. The breakfast at the property also looked good but we didn’t have it. Very clean rooms and very friendly and helpful owners.
Can’t be helped when visiting in the middle of August- we were on the very top floor which was very hot. Our room was fine as the aircon unit worked well but our private external bathroom was very warm. Would still stay there again!

Perfect place. Quiet at night but walking distance to the main attractions and train station. Clean. Beatifuel view. Amazeddd
I am only giving 1 point less because my room was full of mosquitos at night. Maybe bring

Convenient and clean.
Hot water didn’t work. Drain slow. Light fixture coming out of the wall. Staffed part time— thought it was going to be a hotel. Breakfast food really few healthy options
