Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24.

I would give this 11 stars if there were a water bottle upon entry. This place was the most amazing stay we’ve ever had!

Giacomo was super nice. Included breakfast was a plus. We had a very nice room. The WiFi was not very fast. We settled for our holafly.
